I would like to say that Mr Patrick the Parts Manager took great care of me. I called on the phone prior to coming to store so when I got there, I introduced myself and he immediately took care of me. From time of getting to store and Mr Patrick taking out his time to help me and fix headlight for me was all of 20 minutes tops. Kudos to Mr Patrick on East Ridge Rd.

My husband was on hold for over 30 minutes. We managed to drive the whole way to the store while on hold. The cashier that was ringing us up also was interrupted by another cashier and helped her before finishing our transaction. This is for Irondequoit specifically. Henrietta has always been great.

Visited this location after spending a couple hundred dollars at a dealership in Webster who could not successfully diagnose my vehicle, within a few minutes,I had the answers I needed! Patrick did a great job all around; installing the equipment and provided excellent service. They do look to be short staffed,I waited in line a few minutes &the phone was ringing non-stop; so be prepared to wait,otherwise I would definitely recommend!

Not sure if I was being punked or not, but I called to check to see if they had the battery I needed or a comparable battery. The employee confirmed multiple times the part number that I was giving him, he said they had 3 in stock and then I literally said "is your inventory system pretty accurate?" And he confirmed that it was. Here I am doing my due diligence before making the drive and when I arrived nobody had any clue what I was talking about. I confirmed that I called the correct phone number and that I called to check and still nobody had a single clue what I was talking about. Thank you for your service.

My buddy and I needed a caliper for his grand cherokee. We buy enough parts where he had earned a 20 dollar credit off the next purchase. It was a nice bonus. After the "clerk" looked up the part, went over the core charge, took his info foe warranty details she took the 20 dollars credit off. Then she asked how he was paying and he replied cash. Come to find out most of there computers (and registers) are setup for credit or debit cards while there is a single one for cash. The problem was the computer deducted his 20 dollar credit and it was gone. After sending the transaction to the cash register it was lost in computer land. One employee (Justin) tried calling the 00 number for the rewards program but it was a weekend and we were out of luck. To be honest we were ticked. The employee messed up and we were out 20 bucks. Justin was able to fix it where the 20 dollars would be refunded (in a couple days) to his account and then took 20 dollars off of the caliper. Justin went out of his way and corrected the problem. Due to his actions both of us will continue to go here (even when there not the cheapest)

I went to return $400 worth of parts that I didn’t end up needing. “Manager” Maylair tried to tell us we could only get store credit since we couldn’t find our email receipt. He was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and raised his voice several times throughout our interaction. Instead of looking up my phone number to see the purchase history on my account, he insisted there was nothing he could do and would have to give store credit…After begging him to type in my number, sure enough the purchase receipt was on my account. Following this I able to return no problem; however, overall a terrible experience and it felt like the manager was trying to take advantage of us. Be weary if interacting with this manager.

I advise anyone who needs parts in a timely manner to avoid this place at all cost. I placed an order for pickup at 9 am for parts that are in stock at this location and not at my local store. After waiting all day for a ready to pick up email, I made the trip to this location the following morning to inquire about my order, to which I was told that they had forgot to call me the previous day and that my parts had to be ordered from another store and should be there within a hour or so. So I made the trip back home and waited 2 hours called them back this time as to not waste more gas and time to be told that now they will not be in till the following day. They sure could take my money immediately but apparently having someone pull parts or call and say the part are not available isn't in their plans. I could understand being busy and it taking some time but you can't tell me that within a full day there wasn't any time to call and relay that information.

April said they didn’t have an ODB scanner to read engine codes and then I go in the store the next day on June 4th and she’s gets the scanner to read an engine codes. Not to mention she effed up my buy here/ pick up at another store order. Trash customer service

I was referred to AutoZone to get my engine light checked for problems A wonderful lady, April, came out to my car and diagnosed the problem. She saved me a trip to another service station that would have charged me $150!!! I am a senior on a fixed income and she was an angel in disguise! Try this store for all your automotive needs, they are a great group of people, especially my angel, April. 😀🐕‍🦺🐾🇬🇧

the customer service here was next to none! Adriana, although she was handling multiple customers, greeted me pleasantly. She then proceeded to cash me out and offered to help me change out the break light bulb on my car, which i was nervous about doing on my own. ADRIANA shows an amazing example of what customer service SHOULD look like. She works hard, multitasks and is quite confident and cool in her ability while she’s doing it. Adriana is definitely the most genuine and knowledgeable person i’ve come across at an AutoZone and many other businesses recently! SHE MADE MY DAY. i actually cried on the way out, thinking that there are still good people in this world! Thanks to Adriana for showing up!

There are some girls that are working for autozone. They have bad attitude instead of saying hi to the customers or smile. Nothing just a bad nasty attitude. It'll be the last time I shop there, I rather buy my parts on line,as long it not AutoZone.this one is located on East Ridge Rd and Carter St two of the nastiers young lady I ever deal with..

2026 Went into the store needing to have my failure code checked this morning Jan 20, 2026 on a very cold windy day. Mike stepped right up, grabbed the device and and we got it done. He and Adrianna (not sure of the spelling) got me all set and explained everything to me. Thank you for the service. 2025 Had to purchase engine and cabin air filters. Thank you, April, for making my experience a 5***** full service experience. Store was clean. Shelves were stocked.
