Went to buy deep cicle/rv batteries, they didn’t have them. Send me to another store 20 minutes away, they didn’t haven’t either. 1 hour of my time wasted for nothing. I’d rather be informed they don’t carry them and that would’ve been the end of it.

I've rated AutoZone in past and I love these stores! I just visited a new store in Palmdale and it stands up with the rest! Friendly service and they took care of everything I needed. I also use their oil recycling facility and the gentleman who helped me out was simply fantastic! Always five stars for AutoZone. Love this place!

The staff at all of their locations have been so friendly, so helpful so insightful so knowledgeable I couldn’t ask for better service a great parts store starting out in this new life that I’m in for the last 10 years. Let’s say I had no idea I’ll be coming to the parts store so much everything you own has to be maintained to make a long story short and with my mechanical mind and the help of you too AutoZone makes repair work that much more easier for me. Sadly today the manager Moses did a mistake! He charged two times oil 0w20 and I noticed later, I went to ask for my overcharging and he get mad! What why he get mad? He could be humble and accept the mistake! Everybody do mistake! He was intense, unresponsive, he didn't respect, and accused me that I insulted him, and never and never I did! He only said that for cover his mistake. Im sorry but I had to said it.
