The AutoZoner that assisted me was very polite and patient. I originally went to the store for a gasket but decided to get other needed stuff for my vehicle while I was there. She made it a little better when the total came around by helping me with my bags. A+ service!

I want to give a shout-out to TJ. I had purchased a defective battery and 2 months later my truck wouldn't start. I got the truck to AutoZone and TJ personally did a battery test and swapped out my battery within 15 minutes. Very professional service.

The store is clean and fresh Lots of things in stock. I like how they will come out to your car to check things and even install a few things. They have a friendly staff and keep good stock. We went for a battery and they did have it and would install it. It was quite a bit more expensive than the other place so we ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

I called and asked if they had sure bit 6in tweezer plier and they said yes. I called first because gas is not cheap and i didnt want to waste my time as well. I get there and they didnt even have them. They person i spoke with didnt even listen to what i was even asking for. Just said yes

First time shopper at Auto Zone. Over the years (decades to be honest), I've become pretty handy around the house, and a self-taught accomplished cook, but . . . have never tackled trying to do some quick and easy auto maintenance - until today. All I needed was some replacement wiper blades and a cabin air filter, which I could have gotten "anywhere". I chose Auto Zone on my son-in-law's recommendation. I can't speak to the "value", as I wasn't gonna burn the time comparison shopping for a few relatively low-cost items, but the selection of what I needed was, well, almost overwhelming. It was the service provided by the young lady ("J") that compelled me to post a review. She was VERY helpful and friendly, and her knowledge re. the items was impressive. In today's world, there are so many options available as to where you can shop; for me, I will be a repeat buyer at those that provide EXCELLENT service to their customers; as such, thanks to "J", next auto-related item that I need will be bought from AZ - this store in particular. Kudos "J"!!

Tonight I was at the west market street store as a customer and I overheard Amanda from this store disrespecting a lady behind the counter. She was belligerent when asking for propane tanks the system said they had, telling the lady she needed to look harder after she had run all over the store looking for said tanks and only fou d 1 of the 2 she was asking for. I have had nothing but attitude from the female manager and now I hear this Amanda girl acting the same way. Neither 1 should be working in customer service. I will NEVER return to this location and as a manager at 1 of your other stores I would NEVER talk to a customer or fellow employee like that! I was irrate and disgusted with the way she was talking.

Yooooo, I ordered an OBD2 code reader and picked it up in store. Manager walks by as I'm being assisted and states, "u can't return that once you use it." To which I reply, "is it brand new(questioning the obviously previously opened box)." He lies(in a pathetic attempt to try and make a sale) and says, "yes." I walk to my car, open the package and see no new film on the screen to peel off, no fresh smelling plastic, no plastic bags of any sort. Just thrown in the box with warranty info. I walked in and one of his minions tried to one last effort at a sale by attempting to get me do a warranty swap. No thank you, I'll take my refund. Not cool, very dishonest. Bad look for AutoZone.

My friend and I ‘s bumper of our car fell off outside of a dunkin when we were 2 and a half hours from home with low battery phones and no money but a credit card. It was getting really dark outside and the tow truck wasnt arriving for another two and half hours. We walked over to the autozone hoping to find a kind soul who know about cars to help us try to ziptie the bumper back on so we could get home safely. We asked the a lady working with long curly hair if she could help or knew if anyone else could help. She told us to ask for the tall man that knew about cars to help get our bumper on, but he was busy helping other customers (no biggie we had 2 and half hours to wait for this towtruck!) Luckily another worker came to help. A knight in shining armor truly. We forgot to ask his name, but he was handsome with short brown hair. You know who you are! He selflessly helped us as soon as he heard what was happening. As we were waiting for the tall one, the handsome one grabbed zip ties and sprung into action. We walked over to the car and he was so helpful and didnt complain once. He fixed up the bumper perfectly, quickly, and efficiently. He is a true gem amongst your employees and of the world really. Please make sure that he knows that we are eternally grateful for him and this service he did, and we are on our way home safely. We appreciate it so much and wish all the best for him. Thank you to this Autozone, and especially the young handsome gentleman who saved spiraling women on a dark cold night.
