2018 Nissan rogue came in for road noise, turned out to be both rear wheel bearings. Forgot to mention I had purchased extended warranty, came back to pickup and pay, after paying I remember warranty. Calvin was great, looked it up, found out bearings were covered and refund my payment. Worth coming here. Excellent service

Beware of the Online Tire Store link on Apple Nissan's Service Center webpage. Though I scheduled an appointment three days in advance, the part wasn't ordered, and I received an appointment cancellation email the day before service was to occur. Throughout the experience, I spoke with several folks at Apple. None were familiar with the Online Tire Store and there was no sense of empowerment or accountability. However, Patti, from Apple's Business Development Center, is the exception. Patti conveyed empathy over the phone and was committed to resolving the issues. Not only did she coordinate the part order and request rush delivery to keep my original appointment (which did not happen), but she called the day after service to ask about the in-store experience. During the follow-up call, I commended Patti for being the one person who tried to make things "Easy at Apple." One star based on the overall experience, but FIVE STARS FOR PATTI who tried her best to honor the commitment of a confirmed appointment when others did not.
