I was recommended by Paris, however I do NOT recommend this place. On May 11th I got an oil change and had to return 3 days later because the mechanic put 5 quartz instead of 7 quartz in my car. Also, I still had to pay for the 2 extra quartz which is ridiculous. Bad customer service. The mechanic said "he didn't know". What if I needed major work done? The mechanic was careless. A careless mechanic will cost you your LIFE!!!

I only gave 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars . I took my car here to have a timing belt replace and was met with harsh remarks and terrible customer service. The owner himself is the one whom gave rude comments and remarks . I eventually had to leave and they threatened to have my vehicle towed off the lot . I would never recommend their service to anyone .

I needed a new mechanic so google recommended Baez Auto Shop. I needed a quote for a part replacement and Baez's price and time delivery was perfect! I was pleased w/ their service the 1st time so I went back for another service for another issue. Once again, price and delivery was perfect. I found my new mechanic for sure! Highly recommended! Baez was recommended to me by one of my close friends. I'm from Philadlephia and I didn't have a mechanic around York. I went to Lou and he took care of my issue fast and for a great price. I found my permanent mechanic in York. I'm going to them for another issue this Monday. Thank God for Lou. I know he'll take care of it for me for a great price. Thanks Lou

Paid 70 to for a diagnostic just for them to tell me to start replacing parts. Took it somewhere else they charged me 40 did smoke test and compression test diagnostic told me exactly what I needed replaced it all for less than 150. Communication was pretty bad but the gentleman who worked on my car was a cool guy.

I didn’t like that the price I was quoted changed after an issue arose from service. Then they tried to make it seem like it was my fault or I did something wrong before bringing it in. I ended up just paying the upcharge because they told me they would leave it outside with the now leaking part and it wasn’t leaking when I brought it in. Work got done but ethics and customer service could be better.
