Took my wife’s car into the big car dealership that just recently changed to a new name .Check engine light was not on but they say it needed a new timing belt. And did and inspection on whole car and found over $4000 dollars worth of work needed done . Took the car to my mechanic . Needed a new starter and some minor repairs . Cost was $472 .00 . How do these big dealerships get away with taking advantage of people who don’t know better?

Had to get my car serviced and was able to get a rental while they had my car for over a week. It was supposed to be covered by my warranty.When they called to tell me that my car was ready I picked it up and dropped off the rental with them and they normally handle it from there. I ended up getting charged for 3 days that the rental sat on their lot. Called to complain about it and got told by the service mgr what did I expect when I drive it an extra 3 days. They had the keys when I picked up my vehicle. I have bought 3 new cars from Apple and had all services done by them never had an issue until these new owners took over. I will go elsewhere to buy my next vehicle. Hope the 250$ was worth losing a customer.

Service was the worst ever.they missed important things ,then tell you 1 price and turns out to be much more. They say 14hrs ,which turned out to be 2weeks. Just unorganized and terrible service.

I had to take my 2021 Chevy trailblazer RS. In for service due to some codes. I just got the car in June and was frustrated because of the fact that I already had the car in for service and I only had it 5 months. But Tony was absolutely amazing. He made sure that everything went through my warranty that I have with GM. The gentleman that did my shuttle in the morning to take me to work was very nice. I don't remember his name but he was awesome. I was very happy with the service that I received. Hopefully the next time I have to bring the car in will be for its first oil change, nothing else 😂. I love my car. I love the service that I got when I bought the vehicle from them. So overall five stars.
