I will drive past other auto parts stores to go to this one. Every single time I have a car problem this place has been there to help. They carry a lot of tools places like advanced auto doesn’t. Every time I come here there is staff helping people with their cars. They’ve even helped me with mine. The employees and managers here are on another level. You can tell they are actually there to help people and not just get through the work day. I think I’ve saved somewhere around $10,000 thanks to these guys.

I love Autozone, and this one on Gatlin is particularly great. I always recycle my oil here, and even though there's no charge, everyone is always super helpful and friendly. Today I had the opportunity to spend some money on a new battery, and I was happy to spend it here. 4 employees. Two young men and two older men when I walk in. I ask to have my battery checked and an older man with black hair says he will get to me after he’s done with the customer. 5 customers walk in after I’m waiting 10 minutes he starts helping them before me. I say something to him and he’s like sorry and helps them first. Eduardo was his name. Terrible customer service skills.

My husband went in to this location today to buy a relay for his truck. Was “helped” by a manager named Derek who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Told my husband they didn’t have that particular relay so my husband asked to see what they do sell and suddenly they don’t sell relays at all? My husband, a repeat customer for many years, told him he knew they sold them, he’s bought them there before. Well this upset Derek who then says, “I’m the manager, I know what we sell!” So my husband stepped away, went down a different aisle when a very nice employee asked my husband how he was doing and could he help him. My husband asked, “do you have this particular relay”? The kind gentleman tells him “absolutely, behind the counter!” Sad times when even the manager, and I use that term lightly, doesn’t even want to help a customer. Should definitely not be in that store, let alone that position.

I happy to give a 5 star review to Greg at the Gatlin Blvd in Port Saint Lucie! I went in to get a new car battery a few days ago. He kindly installed my new battery with such a pleasant attitude (even after he hit his head pretty hard on my car hood).. my car was acting up later so I brought my car back in to have the alternator tested, after he tested the alternator and it was good. I asked if maybe it could be bad gas in my car? I frantically ran back to get a the product from the shelf. When I got up to the register to pay, I realized I didn’t have my debit card and I only had eight dollars on me. He graciously pulled out his wallet and covered the balance. Greg didn’t have to do this. This jester is rare. I really appreciate his willingness to pay it forward.
