I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this place is absolutely horrible. Please take your car somewhere else anywhere else Mechanics lied said they fixed a problem that obviously wasn’t fixed. Had my car brought in numerous times with the same issues then they tried to charge me again they were so rude. I should’ve known by seeing a place attached to a gas station, but I thought I’d try it out give a small business a chance but this place is not one you wanna gamble on any shop in town would be better than this.

I was a traveler from out of town when I hit a pothole and my tire light came on. I called the nearest tire shop and Expert Auto came to the rescue. They got me in right away, and free of charge inspected my vehicle, made some minor repairs, filled my tires up with air, and sent me on my way. It can be scary when car troubles come up when you’re alone and far from home, but Expert Auto was reassuring, professional, kind, and friendly. I am so appreciative!

After taking my car to three different places and getting hit with expensive quotes for repairs that didn’t even turn out to be the real problem, I finally met Michael Barker—and I’m glad I did. Michael went out of his way to personally look at my car and quickly realized that everything I had been quoted before was for the wrong issue and never should’ve cost that much. Not only did he save me from spending the $800 everyone else wanted, but he made it about $300 cheaper and even went the extra mile by fixing things I didn’t even ask him to do. I’m truly grateful for his honesty, effort, and service, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares.

Absolutely incredible place. I was on a roadtrip and got stuck on the highway because my tire blew out and they were able to get me sorted, fixed all 4 of my tires, and back on the road in only 1.5 hrs!! I asked how long it was gonna take and they said 1.5 hrs and they hit it right on the money. I wasnt left waiting any longer than I needed to be. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I was really scared because I was in a town where I didnt know anyone and their customer service was so good that all of my anxiety calmed down almost instantly. Mike explained everything to me in great detail and even helped me call my warranty company to assist me in filing a claim! I dont think I’ve ever experienced a level of help and guidance like that, not even at the doctor’s office lol. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Expert Auto and Tire if you need help with anything car related. This is a great group of people who will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. They go above and beyond and as someone who needed more help than the average person, I really appreciated it.

This place is fantastic while traveling our alternator we just had replaced in Dec failed. Called the shop at 11:40 am they said get it to us before 1pm because they closed at 1. Not only did they stay open to fix our vehicle they called Napa and got the warranty information for the broken alternator and honered the warranty. Waited until the new one showed up at 1:30 and took their time to replace it to get us back on the road by 3.pm. Above and beyond amazing. Thanks to all the great people here and they had a television so we weren't bored and coffee and water. Amazing experience bring your car here they will take care of you. They also take Snap and Easy pay Financing.
