Thank you Matthew L. I had a battery light go on and went to AutoZone to have it checked. Matthew opened my hood after testing everything and was shocked at the condition of my battery (oops). I needed a new battery but he did tell me I may also need an alternator. I can’t tell you how kind and professional Matthew was. I will 100% be a return customer because of him. Oh, he was right, I needed the alternator. Rough day made better by excellent customer service!

Last Sunday I rode down with my friend to this Autozone on my FZ07 with a dead jumped battery and a prayer. I was greeted by Matt L. and I explained my situation. I had to get my battery tested and possibly replaced otherwise I wasn’t making it home. Matt for the entire hour and a half ordeal was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating in getting my neglected bike back on the road. Because my old battery was out of warranty (because I bought it new and let it sit for 2 years…) he uninstalled, and installed the new battery for me. The new battery was unfortunately just as dead as the old battery, however the experience of working with Matt and the customer service I received was excellent making the entire ordeal so much less stressful. I wound up getting the battery I needed from battery’s plus across the street, because a live version of my battery just wasn’t available (resulting in the 4/5 stars). The battery purchase was refunded and I was on my way with some useful new tools and knowledge. A huge thank you again to Matt L. for his time and effort.

I went in to AutoZone to get some new products and Joseph was so helpful He was able to steer me in the right direction and help me pick some really cool products! I got some leather conditioner, some wipes to keep my car, clean and smelling fresh, outside exterior cleaner that had some wax in it to keep my paint, shiny, and some product to keep the plastic on the outside of my car nice and Lux. He also pointed me in the direction of some really nice leather conditioning wipes that I had never seen before. Super helpful Easy to talk to, and I would highly highly recommend the store! I’m picky and hard to please and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend you check them out. Their selection is unbeatable and they were super quick to help and easy to answer questions. I’d give him a 10 star if I could! I was especially impressed with Joseph’s customer service skills. Don’t hesitate to stop by for all of your Car needs!

Gabriel and Kirk are both outstanding in customer service. My son broke his wiper blade and was lost in how to handle it. The 2 of them took over, walked him through it and got him set up and on the road safely. I know a wiper blade may not be a big deal, but their understanding and service was above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough!! Give those 2 a raise!!!
