AutoZone is a part of a big national business. It has a staff that is very knowledgeable about automotive parts and serve. The staff is very friendly. One of the best services is that of decoding those bloody "needs service" that give no other idea what it's about. That service is free.

I've always found what I've needed for my car and portable generator and they always explain anything about the product you are buying. The only downside is that you will have to wait usually a minimum of 20min up to an hour to get things done.

Slow slow slow service for everything, to order a part or return it. Waited over 45 minutes. To pay for 1qt of oil waited 20min with no on line. If I'm going to fix my car rather go to Advance or PepBoys. They are close by, competitive price and overall FAST service to get on the road asap
