Bad customer service experience. I was given an incorrect part and the sales representative refused to assist me to exchange even though it was the same day and same sales agent that sold me the part. It was at store # 6621 in Aguada

Talk about service!! The whole team at aguada have been SO helpful these past 3 days (and being bilingual is a huge plus for mee)... I’ve gone in 4x as I was trouble shooting an “unusual” issue I was having with my food truck. Fermin went above and beyond to be sure I was getting exactly what I needed; he listened to my concerns and made sure I left satisfied. Emmanuel was awesome too! Thank you guys so much!! Great service and inventory in aguada :)

My car battery died. Got a jump and drove it here. The technician came out and checked my car to make sure it was battery, then went back in and showed me the different options available. After purchase, he came back out to remove the old battery and installed the new battery. They also provide Veterans with a 10% discount.

Well I went to get a oil filter wrench When I finally found the right one and noted the price it was marked wrong.off by $1 .They won't honor the posted price and didn't offer the military discount .False advertising..prices are very high .I pd 50 cents for a lightbulb locally that they wanted over $4 for and wanted me to buy 2. I only go there to buy oil which is competitive pricewise..A big scam in my opinion..Bill

I went to get a tool for a job I was doing on my car. I did not find the 3/16 wrench, but found something comparable. The store was somewhat crowded, but there was plenty of personnel and the line was moving. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to redeem my Rewards $20 credit, so my purchase came to half price. That was great surprise.

very nice.I always find what I'm looking for.Employees are very nice. Dark side: they dont have full time cashier.. I had to wait until they finish dealing with parts and battery issues for someone to attend me ...last time I left merchandise because they were too slow....also no one seems to pick up the phone that keeps ringing all the time.

I was ready to pay a part from the store and they make me do the part line because there's no cashier available. A transaction that could take 2 minutes took me 20. Amazon is faster and don't have to go through the hassle of discourteous employees. Aguada, PR branch 8 -25-23 10:55 am. UPDATE: Management Implemented a Self Check Out short after this inconvenience. Problem Solved!!

Went to this AutoZone to get a timing belt kit for one of my customers. When I arrive to pick up the timing belt kit I ordered a dayco kit which is represented on the receipt but I received a duralast kit that has a picture of a timing belt tensioner on the front of the part box but does not have attention in the kit sold separately. Definitely don't have time to buy a durocrap tensioner or wait on it to arrive. Was forced to have my money refunded and pay more money at a specialty Toyota store.i want to mention the guy pictured was very courteous and it wasn't his fault just happened to be who returned the product

446pm in the afternoon on a weekday when everyone is getting off and they have only 1 person working the registers, 2 doing I don't know what. A line of 5 people that I've been standing in for a good 20 min and hasn't moved. The line is now 10 people and 1 person got attended. Definitely needs to be managed better. P.s. phones ringing the entire time I've been here.

I needed to change the battery of my 2019 Mazda 3 HB. Julio was the associate that took care of my need. He checked tha battery on the car and determined that it was already gone. He sold me a new battery and installed it on my car. He did it in a very efficient and clean manner. He took time to orient me on how to maintain it to maintain it’s performance. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks!
