The wife and I stopped here because my Jeep rear lights went out. As we were telling the guy at the counter our vehicle information, Rudy walked by and made sure it was the correct information. He then went to grab the light bulbs and offered to switch them for us since we had no idea how to do it. It was cold and snowing and he seemed happy to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure they worked before we drove off. He is an amazing worker and human being for helping us the way he did. It’s hard to find great, let alone excellent customer service now a days! We will definitely be stopping by at this autozone for our car needs!

I had a great experience at AutoZone! I brought my car in for a free engine check, and Angel was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor. He also gave me some great advice on how to replace it myself, which saved me some money. The entire sensor replacement only cost $87 after taxes and took less than a minute to replace in the parking lot! Thanks to Angel's expertise and customer service, I was able to get my car back on the road quickly and affordably.

Everything I need is there, I bought the tire repair in a can, I rode my bike 45 miles and have not had to add not 1 psi to my tire even as it has got down to freezing temperatures. The hole was caused by one of the very hard thorns that will puncture a car tire. I am impressed how good the repair in a can worked.

I like the store, but I just came in. There are 4 employees in the store including the manager and none of them were able to come to the counter, including the manager to come help with customers in line at the counter only one employee at the register at the counter the others just walk by looking not helping, customers come first. Stop loading stop moving boxes for 5 minutes and take care of your customers. You showed me I was not important to your business

Came here and asked for help changing my turn signal bulb , got told “ we can’t help you with that sorry “ funny because I’ve gone here before with help with that and they helped me , went to O’riellys and they helped me no problem , if you need good customer service go there .

I can't give a good rating because I bought a car part yesterday and they told me to come get it in two hours and when I went they didn't tell me at 5 pm and I went and nothing this was yesterday today I went in the morning and nothing I went at noon and nothing I went in the afternoon and they told me that it would be for tomorrow they didn't tell me the arrival time and the car is stopped in that part. I really don't think it's fair to wait for a part that I paid for and that would arrive in 2 hours

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at your store. I visited your establishment to purchase new brake pads for my wife's car. I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received. Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the helpfulness of the girl who assisted me in the store. She kindly asked for the VIN number and went to retrieve the required brake pads. However, upon opening the package at the shop where I planned to have the brake pads installed, I discovered that the pads were old and used. The bag containing the pads was extremely dirty, and even the box itself was in a deplorable condition. Immediately recognizing the mistake, I promptly returned to your store and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager. I also had a conversation with the girl who initially provided me with the brake pads. Unfortunately, neither of them took responsibility for the error. Instead, they exchanged bewildered glances and made statements such as, "that's so weird." The so-called manager even insinuated that I had switched the new pads with old ones. After an extended period of frustration and discussion, they finally conceded that they did not possess the necessary replacement parts. However, they offered a refund as a solution to the problem. While this may have resolved the issue in a practical sense, I must admit that I felt truly disheartened by the entire situation. As a piece of advice to others, I strongly recommend that customers thoroughly inspect their purchases before leaving the store. In hindsight, I deeply regret not examining the contents of the box in front of the store employees. This simple precaution could have saved me from this unfortunate ordeal. Furthermore, I would like to urge the owner of the store to provide better training for your employees. It seems evident that someone lacking proper knowledge or attention to detail mistakenly mixed old parts with new ones. I sincerely hope that the individuals responsible for this oversight will acknowledge their mistake and offer a sincere apology. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address the issues raised and ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future.

The absolute worst location to go to when you’re needing help with something on your car. I purchased oil from them and asked them to show me how to add a little bit and instead of helping me, they basically just told me they don’t have time to do it. I will never come to this location again.

Went in looking for wheel caps. Kid didn't even know they sold them. I asked for help figuring out what size. The manager was not to be seen. I was about to leave. I saw the manager outside and asked him for help.(fastball guy about 60yrs old. He was very condescending and said look on the tire. I couldn't read it myself. I would have bought them here if the customer service was existent. I will never come back. I will go to Napa or O'Reilly. Or better yet. Buy on amazon.

I asked for some help to get something to attach the protector under the front of my car. It was dragging. Last time I came in the guy came out looked at it and took me to the rights screws. So helpful. This time, the guy said he doesn’t know but the screws were on so and so aisle. I said to him that the last time I had this problem the gentleman came out and helped me with choosing what I needed. His answer was Hmmmmm. So I went and had to buy three different sizes. When I went to pay I asked to talk to the manager. He said he was one and he called another guy. I just told them how disappointed I was that they wouldn’t help me. He said nothing. I guess Autozone has changed its policy to only ring people up. Not help.

, I brought my young grandson into this AutoZone location. While in the store, the manager made a quiet but clearly audible racist remark toward him. This was not a misunderstanding — it was deliberate, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone in a leadership position. If AutoZone does not take immediate action to remove this manager from her position, I will be escalating this matter beyond the company, including reaching out to the media and other organizations. This type of behavior cannot be tolerated in any business. Customers deserve respect, and no child should ever be subjected to that kind of treatment.

Driving across the US and the ac blower went out and its on record being the 2md hottest summer in SLC. Called ahead to see if they have the part and when I arrived , Shane made sure I had the right part and went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and I were taken care of.
