I had a backhoe thumb that I bent and I also messed up the pin holding the thumb on. I called and talked to Larry and he basically said they could fix anything. I brought the thumb in and Mike in the shop was more helpful than anyone I have ever worked with. They sent the pin to get machined and straightened the thumb - all within one week. For a large shop they did an amazing job helping someone that they will probably never work with again. I called other shops and they really did not even wanted to talk to me. Thanks Hardwick for an amazing job!
