My daughter was looking for a car and we had spent the day looking at different dealerships. The cars at Immaculate were far better than the ones we had been driving all day. We actually found a car in better shape, with fewer miles, AND a better price. The sales team was professional, patient, and not pushy. They took the time to answer our questions, and when we decided on a car Mike took the time to explain the process of purchasing and financing with my daughter since this was the first time she was buying from a dealer. Many of the lessons of buying from a dealer I learned through experience, Mike was honest and up front and explained them to my daughter.

I had the best experience with Immaculate! I absolutely love my car but I noticed there were a few things when I test drove it that were concerning to me. Mike and Zach were great about acknowledging my concerns and being proactive about making a plan with me to fix it! They were very honest and extremely helpful! They let me know what all of my options were without being pushy or overbearing!
