They never seem to have what I need. I mean, a parts store should carry crush washers for brake banjo bolts. These parts stores nowadays seem to just want to sell batteries and wiper blades.

Called this location 2 hours before they close asking if they were able to turn 2 brake rotors and the guy just said to come in and he'll look at them but can't turn them tonight. I called the O'Reilly nearby off of 6200 south and 5699 west at the same time and they were more than happy to look at them and turn them before close. This store felt uninterested in doing their job tonight I guess.

Staff here is helpful and attentive. They had the fuel filter for my van that had been difficult to find. Prices are a little high on parts without lifetime warranty's however, that won't stop me from coming back.

I am so impressed with this store!!! Anthony Ortiz was amazing this was my first time going to this store. I had no idea what was going on with my van seems that my battery died and Anthony was so kind to come and take a look at my van. He even was able to fix my van slidding door which it wasn’t opening automatically and even my lights that weren’t turning on. All I can say is he went above and beyond what he was suppose to and I was so impressed I definitely be going here again. He saved me so much money even priced matched. So if you need help go here their service is beyond amazing!!!

This is my first time in an O'Reilly Auto Parts store and I was really impressed! They have a great selection of car batteries, lights, paint, wax, wiper blades, tools, accessories and more! The staff was super helpful, once we decided to ask for their help. The aisle and store were very clean and presentable. I didn't ask or notice a public restroom, so I can't comment on that. There was plenty of free parking outside, including a few wheelchair accessible parking spots and wheelchair accessible entrance. They offer lots of free diagnostic services as well. As they are so close, I will definitely be stopping by in the future!

It's not only the fact that it's the closest parts store to where I live, but every time I've walked in if somebody is at the counter, I am instantly greeted and asked if I need any assistance. Usually I am able to walk out of this store within 5 minutes with the exact parts I wanted. I will definitely return in the future seeing as all of the cars I own require work constantly!

Not very friendly, walked in to get my rotor resurface. Walked up to an old female at the counter. Without any greeting, without any hesitation she said "nope, I don't do resurface!" I was surprised and feeling disappointed that O'Reilly no longer offer this service. As I turned to leave the store, she finally said "our machine is broken, go to one on 7800 S and 3200 W Why can't you just said something different like "I'm sorry our machine is broken, please go to 7800 S and 3200 W" She just came out rude, woman!

I am from out of town and my wiper broke. REYNALDO helped me. He discovered since my car is a special order wiper blade. He tried to fix my old one so I could return bac to Idaho..it didn't work. He then went through several clips till he found one that would work. He was so helpful and sweet. This young man went above and beyond for me and my daughters. Thank you Reynaldo.

Kaden has been awesome everytime I've been in to the store and has a great attitude aswell, as do many of the other workers at this location. I went into this store a couple of days ago to purchase a battery. I asked the guy helping me if he could install the battery for me. He said no it would take to long for him to do the job. So I went up the street to Auto Zone. The gentleman was very nice. I purchased a very expensive battery and he installed it for me in about 15 minutes. I will start taking my business to some place who cares about their customers.
