First time customer here. I had my windshield replaced by this company- corresponding with Johnny was an absolute breeze. Highly professional, very courteous customer service, clear and direct communication about the process, availability, instruction, pricing and planning. The replacement was executed beautifully by Cesar at my home. Cesar was also very nice and courteous as well, was respectful of space, did the project in a timely manner, and did a wonderful job for my car. Ismael is incredible and helped us repair an older model retractable sunroof (rock hit it) when even Safeglass couldn’t repair it. Ismael was super collaborative and worked in partnership with our insurance to get the necessary approvals and expedite completion of the service. Best Service was about to special order the passenger quarter light on my Volt, but I found the glass at the Oakland Chevy dealer, so I dashed over there and then back to my house. Francisco and Rafael showed up early, installed the glass and swept up everything in 45 minutes.
