Mike and his guys know what they are doing! I won’t trust anyone else besides them moving forward! They have done a few things for my Jeep from repairs to also installing new bumpers, led lights, etc and does a phenomenal job. His pricing is excellent and his service has always exceeded my expectations. Anything from under the hood repairs and replacements to giving your Jeep a unique look, call Mike and he is the easiest guy to work with. You won’t regret it!!!

Mike at Jeep fix was great! We took the Jeep in for a front drive shaft fix and Mike and his team went above and beyond! We had a few issues with alignment after the install (not his fault, it was the alignment shop) and Mike helped to make sure everything was fixed. He even handed out free tips and advice for how I can keep up on my regular maintenance so that I won’t have costly repairs in the future. Although the shop is busy they worked quickly to get the repairs completed. I can’t recommend Jeep Fix enough. This is a great shop.

Mike is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to Jeeps and vehicles in general. He has assisted me on numerous occasions and has always done so with my best interest in mind. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get their Jeep worked on. He is the best!

Mike went out of his way to fix my Jeep. The coolant was leaking from my Jeep and causing the engine to overheat. I was very nervous because I needed my Jeep fixed as soon as possible so I could get to work later that day. Mike quickly assessed the problem and got it fixed within a hour of showing up. And he charged way cheaper than what any of the dealerships would of charged! Very nice company!

Mike is the best! We took our Jeep Wrangler to a mechanic shop that quoted us an absurd amount of money. We then decided to go to Jeepfix after doing some research online and we couldn’t have been happier. The price was a night and day difference from the first place we went to. Mike was very helpful and explained to us what needed to be done and what we could hold off on. Would 100% recommend going to Mike to get your Jeep fixed.

The front right wheel on my jeep had been smoking and I took it to three auto repair shops. None of them seemed to know what the issue was or how to fix it. When I took it to Mike at Jeep Fix, he was able to pinpoint the problem in a matter of minutes and had the issue resolved in just a few hours! From the moment I walked in, Mike's professionalism and expertise were evident. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a thorough explanation of the necessary repairs for my jeep. The work was completed efficiently and to the highest standard, while Mike kept me informed throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I will definitely be going back to Mike at Jeep Fix if there are any other issues on my jeep in the future.

These guys are fantastic! They took excellent care of my Jeep, getting it fixed in just two days (something that would have taken a month at the dealership, no doubts). They also spent hours on the phone with the warranty company, so I didn’t have to play middleman. Thank you for such exceptional, customer-focused service!

Mike and his team have been an absolute joy to work with on repairs for my Jeep. I only wish I had found them earlier in my car repair journey this year. Mike quickly discovered that the previous mechanic hadn't screwed in the engine bolts correctly, and I was even missing two! This led to several loose bolts, which caused my vehicle to make a lot of noise. Thankfully, Mike and his team corrected the issue promptly, ensuring that everything was secure. Now, I can confidently drive, knowing that me and my loved ones are safe on the road. I highly recommend their services!

Had a check engine light come on in my 96 xj. Due to my work schedule I didn't have time to dig around and find the problem myself like I usually did before covid. I found JeepFix and gave them a call, and o boy was I lucky I found them. Regardless of the bad reviews I gave them a shot and will be forever grateful I did. The first person on the phone I talked to was Mike I told him my problem and that this was my only some what working vehicle, and he said to bring it in and he would take a look at it really quickly and help fix the problem. When I got there It was around lunch so the team had gone to eat but the young lady in the office was quick to see what she could do to help get us taken care of while the others were at lunch. After everyone was back from lunch and the young lady had got the code of my obd ll we found out it was a sensor that was bad after a few wrong sensors were brought in from orielly they figured out the right one and got it right in and squared me away with coolent and made sure I was good to go. As someone who loves their car dearly and the memories with it; it really makes me feel good to be able to find a shop and a team that loves them as much as I do. I loved talking Jeep with Mike and his team they will forever have me as a repeat customer. I also sport their logo on my XJ and will recommend them to all my Jeep family far and wide💕

Disappointed with my tie rod replacement. Mike at Jeep Fix recommended new tie rods after my OEM ones broke at 70K miles. The ones he suggested were twice the price, but I trusted his advice. When I picked it up, the steering felt terrible — Mike said they were overtightened and would loosen up over time. After the break-in period, I paid another $150 for an adjustment — and Mike told me that would likely be the last one. It wasn’t. The manufacturer actually recommends adjusting these every 3K miles — and sure enough, they started getting loose and rattling after just a few thousand miles. Mike wanted to charge me $150 every time to tighten them up. After paying for two adjustments, I finally found another place that does it for free with an oil change. If I’d known these tie rods would require constant maintenance — and that Mike would try to charge me hundreds every year to keep them tight — I never would have agreed to them. They might make sense for off-roaders, but they’ve been a hassle and a bad fit for my daily driver. Mike is polite and helpful, but the lack of upfront communication about the real maintenance costs and performance trade-offs has been frustrating and costly.

After replacing the entire cooling system minus the water pump on my own, I still had no heat in my TJ. I spoke with Mike initially and based on our conversation I really understood that he is very passionate and knowledgeable with regards to Jeeps. He replaced the faulty water pump and installed a new timing belt since the cooling system is belt driven. Mike kept me in the loop while he worked on it, and explained just about everything from specific brand parts to use and other troubleshooting procedures. It's been almost two months with the new pump and belt and everything is all good. Mike and his guys do great work, and whenever more repair work needs to be done, I'll for sure take it to him. I was suprised by how much he charges for labor, which seems really expensive to me, but then again he fixed everything as needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was remedied.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler about a year ago and had trouble finding an honest and reliable shop that could work on it. I tried several Jeep specialty shops in the SLC area that did not seem trustworthy and tried to take my money and run. Then, I found JeepFix. The owner, Mike, went step-by-step what needed to be done on my Jeep and even showed me in detail what was wrong and what was essential to not only get back on the road, but the trails as well. I recommend JeepFix to any Jeep owner who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop that will take care of their favorite off-road vehicles.

Right off the bat, Bailey, the receptionist was very nice, kind and professional (y’all need to give her a raise). Then the technician asked me to describe the issue I was having and knew immediately what needed to be done and estimated cost. He was right on the money. They had a loaner vehicle which made things even better. Repairs completed same day, checkout a breeze. We were here on vacation, so since I can’t brag on them locally, I thought writing a review was my duty. Thank Y’all, Mac Johnson from Texas

SKIP THIS PLACE. Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any shop - ever.. And, I have never written a bad review for anyone. Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies. Skip this place if you do not like to be lied to and repeatedly told you will get a call back. If you want to drop your Jeep off and enjoy waiting for weeks and weeks for answers and never get them, then this is the place for you. I waited almost 8 weeks and kept giving Mike the benefit of the doubt. He told me he ordered parts 3 times. Ha! He never did it! What a joke. Just go get it back and go somewhere else. Do not trust what Mike tells you.

Amazing customer service - I was in a tight spot with my Jeep, and needed some maintenance before a trip. Mike was very empathetic and did his best to squeeze me in when they were busy and in the middle of moving to their new shop. If I could give them 10/5 stars I would! Thanks Mike and JeepFix!

11/10 Service. I purchased a Jeep recently that was already highly modified. The owner Mike of Jeepfix went through the entire jeep with me getting parts numbers and showing me what all my jeep had. He also pointed out and explained to me a few issues that would need to be remedied before any major offroad trip. He did not pressure me at all at anytime simply taught me and showed me everything about my awesome Jeep Wrangler. I will continue to return to Jeepfix for any of my issues. I had my drone in the jeep so i took the time to fly up and pount out where his shop is :)

Mike is my hero. After limping my Jeep to 2 different dealers, 2 seperate quotes for $3500 & a different one for $6,700. After talking to Mike we decided to pickup our Jeep from the dealer and drop it off with Mike @ Jeep Fix. Mike to the time to talk with us, scan my Jeep and find what was truly wrong with my Jeep. He went past just scanning it but going further in depth. We ended up needing much less than dealer stated. So happy to have my Jeep back and to be back on the road again. Thank you Mike for being honest and knowing Jeeps. We appreciate your help more than. Words could ever say.
