I literally rolled into the parking lot after my car alarms signaled a mechanical meltdown on the road. James arranged a quick assessment (no charge) and referred me to a specialized mechanic shop that works on hybrids. When the tow truck driver arrived, he gave them my key and instructions to the other repair shop. James was wonderful and obviously his first concern was making sure he got me to the right place for what my car needed. I can’t thank you enough for your great customer service!

Went in to have rear brakes and serpentine belt looked at. While they took the time to walk me thru things, they ended up charging for a brake flush along with brake pad replacement that I thought I hadn't agreed to. Wasn't gonna leave a bad review till I found an oil rag left in the engine area. If you go make sure you check exactly what you're gonna pay for and do a visual check of your car before leaving.

I had a tire pop just around the corner from Wasatch Point S about a month ago and ended up in such a pinch. These guys didn’t hesitate. They went above and beyond… special ordered the tire, had someone actually leave and go pick it up, and it wasn’t even some high-end $300 tire. It was a discounted $100 tire and they still treated it like it mattered. Since then, I’ve had a few other car issues come up and every time they’ve been super helpful, fit me in fast, and just been genuinely kind. In a world where it honestly feels like most mechanics are trying to screw you over, this place feels different. I trust them. I’d send my wife here without a second thought. They’re honest, down to earth, and they actually care.

My car was damaged while in their care, and they refused to take responsibility for it. Instead of addressing the issue, the service manager was dishonest and dismissive. I also had serious concerns dealing with Paul — based on my experience, he did not seem to know what he was doing, and the work reflected that. When a business damages your vehicle, the bare minimum is accountability. Wasatch Tire Pro showed none. I would not trust them with my car and recommend looking elsewhere.

Wasatch Tire Pro misdiagnosed my vehicle and charged me for multiple unnecessary repairs. Over time, I spent around $4,000 based on their recommendations, yet the original problem was never fixed. After losing confidence, I took my car to a different mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it for $150. That alone says everything. Either the staff is incompetent or they are intentionally upselling repairs that aren’t needed. Combined with the lack of honesty and accountability from management, this was an extremely frustrating and expensive experience. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting Wasatch Tire Pro with your vehicle.

I had an amazing experience with Wasatch Tire & Auto Service Point S, and couldn't be happier with the service! I brought my Hummer H2 in for some needed work, Paul did all the maintenance on my front end suspension and not only did Paul get everything done quickly, he was Professional and super knowledgeable. Patrick was completely upfront about the costs from the very beginning. No surprises, no upselling--just honest, straightforward service. The pricing was more than fair, and they walked me through exactly what needed to be done and why. It's rare these days to find a shop that combines skill, transparency, and genuine customer care, but these guys nailed it. My Hummer H2 runs better than it has in years, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. Great customer service and can't beat the pricing ( Thank you for being a convenient and dependable part of our neighborhood.!) I'll definitely be back if I ever need the help of a professional again.
