Had my 1996 Chevy truck worked on. Showed up really late after hours to open the fence and have the tow truck drop it off. Since it was in the shop to get the fuel pump replaced, I added a plethora of other stuff to go ahead and get done while it was in there. Really fast turn around time. I was very happy with their service. Great people to work with. There are my official go-to for all my automotive needs.

I've been using Ferrel and Jordan as my mechanic for ten years. They are amazing! They work very fast, and are the most honest and inexpensive mechanic I've ever seen. They never try to talk you into services or repairs you do not need, but will let you know of any potential problems you may not have known about. They frequently complete work for less than quoted. I've brought many real life friends here and they are always blown away, I cannot recommend this place enough for any car care needs you have, they are simply the best.

Hands down amazing! Jordan is personal, honest and nice. We have been getting our cars fixed here for 15+ years. I moved out of state and when I come into town I get my cars work done here. The prices are the best you will find for the best work around. You will not find a better place or better people to work on your car.

German and Lance are great. Every time I go here I know that they will take care of me. I can ask them questions about my vehicle and they are always up front and honest. I really like this place, I think mostly because of the service & the friendliness of this place...also it was in a good location for the right time... I was happy with the ability to fit me into the schedule on short notice,!!! A major plus ➕️ in my books... I will gladly take my car back for other issues because it turns out this shop is great at what they do.... I was lucky to have found it... The shop owner even gave me a reliable towing company to call... No tricks involved....a real good place Maybe you will have a similar experience if you need help... Ps. I brought in a 2014 Cadillac for an ENGINE over heating issues... Something to do with a Hose line... The Mechanics here saved me some much needed time... And a bit of money too...Lol

When I bought my car, the previous owner warned me about a problem that no mechanic had been able to figure out. It got progressively worse over the next 5 years and I finally took it to Service Auto Expert. German started with the smallest possible repair and we figured out through trial and error exactly what the issue was. It took me bringing the car back 3 times but I am so grateful for the transparency along the way of everything he was doing to try to figure out the issue. The car now runs better than it ever did before!

Absolutely incredible service--I'm so thrilled I happened upon this shop. I am super impressed with the peerless service and happy atmosphere at Service Auto Expert. I cannot imagine working such a physically demanding job while being so positive, but these guys somehow do it every day. The price was more than fair--I walked out feeling like I was treated exceptionally well and I paid hardly more than an oil change. And this was a Saturday, mere hours before they closed before the weekend. Now forgive me, but aside from refueling and a tire change, I know nothing about cars. I had my car serviced for an oil change today (Saturday afternoon). They brought me out to show me that my engine is flopping all over due to one missing and one loose bolt on one side of my engine mount. No wonder my car has been shifting hard... In a panic, I did a google search to find any shop that might happen to be open on Saturdays, and I came across these guys and their incredible reviews. There was no answer when I called, but about 20 seconds after hanging up, German called me back and told me they'd be happy to get me in. I brought my car straight over, and was concerned to see how incredibly busy they were--cars were coming in and out of the parking lot and all their bays were full. German set the expectation that they would try to get to it before they closed, which was totally fair considering I rolled up a few hours before closing on a Saturday. They explained I'd need an entirely new engine mount soon, but they could replace the bolts so I could drive it in the meantime. They gave me a quote on the work, and an estimate for the future repair as well. I came back a few hours later, my car was done and German handed my keys to me with a smile. German and the other employees clearly valued my time, and made sure I knew what to expect moving forward. I will definitely be back for the engine mount replacement and any other work I may need done, and I'll be recommending this shop to my friends and family as well.

I've brought cars to these guys for quite a few years now, and they've always taken good care of me. My dad was a mechanic, as well as my father-in-law, and TU Auto is a lot like his shop. Not some fancy "brand" name, but good, fair, and above all, HONEST service. It would be easy to be selfish and not write a good review so they won't get TOO busy, but a fact is a fact. I would recommend them to anyone.

My car would not start one day and even after installing a new battery it still would not start. I chose to have my car towed to Service Auto Expert because it is a bit closer to me than my regular mechanic, and because they said they could look at the car the next day on Saturday. After they installed a new fuel filter they said the car started right up, so I took it home. The same day I took it home, I went to a local laundromat and when I came out, the car wouldn't start again. The next day I went back to where I had left the car and it started up. I drove the car for a few days without any problems, and then one day after driving it home I went out to run an errand and it wouldn't start again. This time I had the car towed to my regular mechanic, and he diagnosed that my fuel pump was failing and needed to be replaced. While my fuel filter may have needed replacement, because Service Auto Expert did not do a complete diagnosis of the problem (and recommended I change my spark plugs instead of the fuel pump), I had to pay for another towing charge and lost the use of my car for almost two days while it was being fixed again.

These guys are the best. I have brought several cars to them over the years and they are always reasonably priced and fair. They stand by their service and I always feel like I can trust them. They inspect everything and only do the work that actually needs to be done, not just everything the dealerships say you have to do. I even recently bought a used car and had them look it over before I bought it. They called me right away and gave me an honest summary and advised me to buy it. I would send someone there any day!

German, the owner (?), saved the day! He got my 3rd vehicle, which had been sitting in the driveway for over a year with a bad battery, going again like new. I took it in for a tune-up, and he said, "Let's check it over first. You may not need a full tune-up and might save you some money." He was so right! I saved at least $1,000+ and got everything running smoothly. He's fast, honest, and good at keeping in touch. Answers the phone, which is rare. The place looks deceiving. Vehicles everywhere! But, don't let that put you off. He and his crew do amazing work. Never will I go anywhere else from now on! Thank you!!!

These guys are GREAT. No hassle, no pushing for extra charges, just straight to fixing your car. And at a competitive price too! They said I needed my spark plugs replaced, they did it, and then I was on my way. Easy as that. And they did a really good job with it. WARNING: they don't really explain what they're doing in too much detail. But if you don't really care about knowing *exactly* what they're doing, then it's not a big problem at all.

My go-to mechanic! They have built trust with me over the last few years servicing our cars. They seek to do right by the customer and I’ve particularly been impressed with communication which to me is half the battle in finding a good mechanic. They haven’t tried to upsell me on unnecessary things either which I appreciate. I have recommended to all my friends and family in search of a mechanic shop.

Don't get fooled by his honest opinion, I went to this guy because with my previous car, I had positive experience the thing, so I took my current car but after repair was done I got to see his true colors, he did terrible job with installation that it worsened the issue, as i went to pick up my car he immediately started to play blame game instead of admitting, and also he never calls you back even if he's done with repair. Be careful if you decide to get your car repaired here. To save money, I ended up spending lot more money.
