I got my tires replaced on Saturday. They were and got it done quickly however I never received a message it was done. The psi in my tires after were all off. One was at 34psi and should be at 42. When I went to fill my tire myself I noticed my valve stem caps were missing and replaced with basic plastic. The drive side valve caps were replaced and the passenger side still have my the valve stem caps I purchased. I also noticed my driver side hubcap was not even put back correctly. I had to snap it back on. Over all not impressed with the quality of service. Update: I reached out to the location and offered to purchase new valve caps. I also ended up getting a flat tire and was able to get a new tire to have it replaced. Apparently I got a razor blade in my tire. They were easy to work with and got me in just before they closed.

They are trained to take advantage of women and people that may be uneducated on anything automotive. My partner went in to this location to get her tire pressure checked. She was told she needed new front tires so she kindly informed the technician that she would inform me. At this point he tried to pressure her to come inside to discuss new tires. She refused and said she needed to talk with me. When I checked her tires at home they measured 7/32, that’s more than half the tires life left. It’s completely unacceptable to try and take advantage of someone like this and they definitely need to work on there honestly at this location. They have lost my entire family’s business at this point. Save yourself time and piece of mind and go somewhere else.

While visiting my daughter I took her 2009 Honda Fit in for a set of tires. This was my first experience with Discount Tires and was very impressed. Ordered one day and made an appointment a few days later for installation. They met me as I exited the car and pulled it right in for the install. Everything was done within 30 minutes - amazing. There was one lug that broke off and since Discount Tire in Las Vegas installed the tires and no other work had been done, the covered the repair at another shop down the road. My daughter has been happy with all of the Discount Tire locations she has visited. Great job folks!!!
