Cannot contact this company about an order placed almost a month ago now. The order is for almost $600. When I call I can’t choose an option it just loops the message. I am starting to feel that this company is a fraud.

ordered a firestone ride rite airbags took 3 weeks to receive. on the day of the install The package had the wrong Air fittings. In order to return I have to submit pictures via email and wait for a returns specialists to reach out to me in 1-3 business days. worst company spend a little extra for another company.

Ordered new ball joints for my upper control arms for my Tuff Country lift. The ball joints are 4 months old and the boots are already cracking. Terrible quality. I have emailed their customer service department twice in the last month with no response. Poor quality parts and poor customer service.

I placed 2 orders that were supposed to ship within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later nothing had shipped. Email them and 1 order shipped the next day in a 2 package shipment. 1 of the 2 was lost by FedEx and SuspensionConnection refuses to send me a replacement. The other order still hasn’t shipped 3+ weeks later. I had to file disputes with my bank to get refunds. Should have read the reviews here before ordering from this joke of a company.

I placed a online order, then called them to verify these are the correct parts and they replied yes they will fit your truck with no problems! After I received my parts shipment I opened the boxes to find out these are not the correct parts to fit my truck, I called customer support , sent them photo of incorrect parts. After waiting to get approval from them to return my parts I then had to pay 41.00 in shipping, I called them and gave them tracking # and they said yes we have received them, then instead of exchanging for the correct parts they charged me $80.00 restocking fee and told me to place a new order! Unacceptable customer service!!! I’m out $121.00 with nothing to show for it! Also they will not return my emails ! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! Also they claim to be A+ member with Bbb! They are NOT! They are a 1.1 rating on Bbb site come to find out. I will be sending the BBB A PICTURE OF THERE WEBSITE CLAIMING TO BE A+ with them which they are not! Very poor customer service!

Absolute Fraud Company. Sent a completely different item than shown on website. Refused the return stating items may be slightly different than shown. A completely different item is not a slight difference. Stay far away from these crooks.

Purchased an air spring kit via their website. Minutes later I was told my order was cancelled "due to our liquidation sale stock being sold out. The product is still available to purchase at a fair market value." They raised the price from the $303 I paid to $404 and offered me a 15% off coupon. They offer bait and switch pricing and terrible customer service.
