I went to caliber collision for an estimate and rather than a lengthy estimate the had the clips and fixed it right then and there. ★☆☆☆☆ Giving this location at least one star because there was a lot of damage to my car and the repairs would have been extensive. However, there are several major points of feedback that should be noted. 1.) Time management: This location has had my car for two months straight and it's still not complete. Every time I was given and estimate it has been extended by days and in some cases weeks. I received an urgent phone call last Tuesday saying that my car was ready and asking if I could come pick it up within the hour. I couldn't leave work, so I explained I could come in the following day. That day came and they explained that the main woman overseeing my car hadn't had a chance to look at it yet and would like to go over it before I picked it up. 4 days had passed since the call that my car was ready when they said it was for sure good to go and I was able to pick it up. 2.) Lack of attention to detail: When I went in to pick up my car (5 hours into the work day) I noticed several details that were intentionally overlooked. I'll mention 3 here, but there were many others. -----The front engine grill on my car had been superglued. NOT replaced like it should have been, but glued all across the obvious cracks. When I mentioned this to them they said, they wouldn't do that and I had to walk them outside and show them the dripping glue someone had hoped I would overlook. -----They tried to use black car parts on a white part of my vehicle. When I pointed this out, they said they had already ordered the white parts and were just using the black until they received the right ones. They then sent me an updated claim that day adding the white pieces that were obviously never ordered in the first place. -----And most obvious and unsafe was that immediately when test driving the car an error code popped up citing "chassis stabilization", meaning that the car could potentially swerve out of control. Because these things were intentionally overlooked, the parts weren't ordered two months ago and I now am looking at another week + until they are able to get the parts in and begin to install them. I am writing this because no one should have to leave their car in a facility for two months, be told it's ready and realize major mechanical and aesthetic damage still remains. Hopefully this message is helpful for them in addressing whatever lead to such large issues and prevents someone else from experiencing the same.
