Absolutely amazing and honest work every time I go in for a service. I can trust them to do their best work at a fair price every time. My most recent visit I got the CVT Transmission fluid changed and the price was fair and my car runs better than it did when I bought it. They truly treat the cars like their own. I would absolutely recommend this shop if you are looking for any type of repair at a great cost!

This guy took my car in and I gave him three tasks he fixed the first two . The tasks took him quite longer then he anticipated but never called to tell me anything. I called and spoke with his daughter and that didn’t help much as the car hadn’t been worked on in days. I asked when it would be done and they said next week. The next week I called and he said Friday. I went Friday and picked up the car at 445pm. Paid for the car and drove it about a block when I had to stop for a stop light and WENT right through it and just missed another vehicle. A police officer say me and drove over and asked why I didn’t stop . I showed him the work invoice from Rays garage and said that I just left there. I then took out my cell phone and called RAY’S garage at 459 pm and it went straight to voicemail. I called a tow truck and got the car home, called Monday morning and spoke to the daughter and she told me as soon as I left she closed. They are not standing behind their work and I am proceeding with litigation . The guy is a HACk! He let a vehicle go out of his shop without any BRAKES! I told him that that was the one of the three things I wanted him to fix. He bled the brakes and let me drive away with a bad MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER! NO BRAKES and responsibility. He should be shut down on lack of integrity alone but we will see what the better business bureau says, we will see what a court has to say, but I say this to you if you want to go to a reputable mechanic DON’T go to RAY’S garage!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish there was a 0 star button. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, may as well throw your money in the trash. Without writing a novel of how terrible of an experience I had with Ray’s “service”, I’m now out $7,000 on a car I had inspected there and Ray’s garage has proven to be the most untrustworthy and quite honestly lazy mechanic shop I’ve been to. And looks like I’m not the only one Ray’s has done this to… long story short I took a car to get a pre purchase inspection and was told by a lady at the front desk and the mechanic that did the job that the car was “in great condition, had no serious problems, would just need routine oil changes and it would be a good vehicle to buy” less than 3 WEEKS later engine misfiring and grinding noises when starting up. Took it to another shop who sent pictures of coolant leaking from the engine block with rust all around it that should’ve been caught at time of inspection and informed me there had been fluid leaking into the head gasket for far longer than a few weeks, so bad it now requires a full head gasket or engine swap (estimated $5,000+). Incredibly frustrating to pay someone to inspect a car and provide a diagnosis and to have such an outcome. AND not to mention asking multiple times at time of inspection for some kind of documentation or invoice and they have no record of it. Doubt they even looked at the car at all with how obvious it was leaking. Don’t waste your money with Ray’s Photos provided by a mechanic at a different shop that actually does his job.

I had them look at my suspension air bags which leak air. I was told one of the fittings was loose and it was tightened back into place and it won’t leak anymore. But it still leaks exactly the same as before I brought it in. Also paid them to clear my dashboard light which reads “service tire monitor system”. Whether that meant either using a computer to bypass the dashboard notification to clear it, or looking into the tires to find the faulty sensor to fix it, that’s what I was paying them to do. They told me it was worked on and the codes were cleared. Of course the dashboard light popped up again the next day when I started up the truck, and still does every day. I called them to get a refund on the “work” that I paid them to do which wasn’t done. Naturally, the receptionist argued with me for over 5 minutes about how it’s a safety hazard to take off the TMS light off permanently, and they can’t do that. They have no reservations about charging my credit card, but hey at least they’re keeping me safe by not fixing what I asked them to. Oh and thanks for the grease stains you left on my ceiling when you took my truck for a drive without asking me. Great work, bravo 👏
