If I could give them 10 stars I would, Saysha my advisor was excellent and the entire team from the front office through the back of shop are likewise incredible. They are not only extremely competent, well informed, and excellent at what they do they are kind, considerate, compassionate and will go the extra mile. Communication was excellent, their work was great, and when I needed it they even offered me a ride for my rental and stayed with me until I was given a car. The world needs more places and teams like this, I would recommend them to anyone experiencing the unfortunate circumstance of an accident or other issue. Thank you all!

My 2011 Subaru Outback was rear-ended and the other driver’s insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision for repair. Because of my car being so old, the insurance company initially declared it a total loss. I was devastated-the car was in AMAZING shape: it was my parents’ car before it was mine and they bought it brand-new. It only had 27K miles on it when I got it a year ago. It had 34K miles on it when I brought it to Caliber. Because of the EXTREMELY low mileage and also due to like-new condition of the entire vehicle, the Caliber employee, Saysha, fought the insurance company for my car not to be declared a total loss. They ended up listening to and agreeing with her, so my car was repaired and I have it back again! This might not be as big of a deal to some people, but it is HUGE for me and my family-there is no way we could afford to buy a comparable car to this one. The whole process was great! I needed a rental car and they had a rep from Enterprise pick me up at the shop & take me to get my rental car from their nearest location. When it was time to pick up my car, I was able to just leave the rental at Caliber, which was super convenient and helpful! I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and I am especially appreciative of Saysha having my back throughout the whole ordeal. She should get a raise! ;) Update: after getting my car back, a few indicator lights came on. I tried to see if I could get them to shut off, but when I couldn’t, I called Caliber, to see if it could have anything to do with the repair work. I spoke with Marion, the shop manager, and he was great. He had me bring the car back for them to check out. He looked at it, personally. It was a late Friday afternoon, so when he couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car, he asked me to bring it back the following Monday, when he could have a special technician check it out. I brought it back then and they told me what they suspected the problem was and I left the car again for them to fix. Marion called me the next day and told me that it wasn’t the problem they had thought, but something that had accidentally happened while doing the repairs to my car. He was really apologetic and so nice about it. I really appreciated that he was truthful with me about the problem-I’m sure lots of mechanics/shops wouldn’t want to admit it was THEIR error. I would have had no way of knowing, but he still told me the truth. It took a couple more days, but Marion kept me updated the whole time, which I also really appreciated! Now I have my car back & it is perfect! It was so nice of the staff to wash AND clean out the inside of my car as well! I have 2 kids and pets, so it gets pretty gnarly. It means a lot to me to not only have my car back, but have it in such beautiful condition! Thanks again, Caliber!

I have had our truck repaired here twice, one of the times the front end had significant damage from an accident, and both times the truck has come back looking like nothing had happened. They are friendly, thorough, and they make sure to communicate through the entire process. I highly recommend them, major repairs are always hard, and you hope those taking care of it will do a good job, they do better than good.
