I took my 2020 Subaru Outback to Boyds. Talk about a straight up honest mechanic shop! They called Mark Miller Subaru about my issue and they discovered my issue is covered in an extended warranty because multiple Subaru owners have been dealing with the same issue. Boyds called me and informed me the dealership will take care of the issue for FREE. Easily Boyds could of charged me to repair the problem and not mention anything about Mark Miller. Get your Subaru or SAAB down to Boyds!

I’ve been coming here ever since I got my 2015 STI, these guys are super honest and straight forward and do great work. My car got stolen and I had the insurance send it down here. When the insurance tried to tell them to use a $136 clutch they called me and told me about it and explained that they weren’t going to use some cheap Chinese parts for a performance car and dealt with all the headache of negotiating with the insurance adjusters for me. 10/10 shop will be back once my car need something I don’t want to do in my garage

This is the worst mechanic that’s ever touched my car ! I have so far given this mechanic about 3,000$ the last time they charged me about $800 to fix my spark plugs, engine coils and negative battery wire just for me to get my car back and it be Undrivable because the engine coils I got were fault, didn’t work and kept sending misfires so I had to spend $300 on brand new ones and fix it myself along with new spark plugs, then last year I gave them 1600 to fix my AC and my engine control module and upon getting it checked by someone else the ECM is STILL OUT and my AC has completely broken after less then a year , they did a few other things of course without telling me what they did or asking. They never communicated with me either times, this most recent time I called 4 times and they only ever would give updates to my dad . But still never decided to mention the price or call either of us before just doing what they wanted when I could have done it at home correctly and not ended up $1000 in debt because they don’t know how to do something as simple as spark plugs and engine coils. So much for my car working like brand new . The engine light has also never turned off a single time I’ve brought my car to them and started FLASHING the day after I got it back . It’s finally fixed but i hope this shop it’s shocked when they get my lawsuit .

I usually do not write reviews however after working with Brandon at Boyd’s Auto I feel that I must write about my experience. I have found thru my experiences that it’s hard to find fair prices let alone a honest one. I have total respect and appreciation with the work that happens at Boyd’s ! I was given a quote for repairs and it become real clear right after the work started that I had been wronged with the seller of my car that so much more than originally thought was extremely been rigged for a cover up to sell the car. I unfortunately was the buyer of such fraud! But here’s where the real experience of honest people . With all that was wrong not once was I asked to pay more that what I was quoted. To me being financially strapped that was a real blessing to me. Like I mentioned finding honestly let alone the true amount of integrity is so rare. I am a now a faithful customer and promoter of Boyd’s!! Thank you to all the great guys that have given the hard work and dedication to doing the best work !! If you want to have the peace of mind that your car will be returned to you 100% give this company the chance to show just how great they are.
