I recently had an oil change and tps sensors fixed here and they were so quick! Their customer service is phenomenal. All of the employees at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Specifically Taden, Ben, Sheldon, and their manager Trevor. The environment seemed super fun and you can tell that everyone there is dedicated to helping the customer. Highly recommend if you ever need repair done to any of your vehicles!

Very helpful! I like that they send you a detailed diagnostic report to review and then call and discuss. They give you options that are affordable and also help you get back on the road. They offer a free shuttle service as well. I would recommend calling these guys first they are honest and very affordable.

These clowns tried to quote me 3000 dollars on a “leak” that I needed to replace as soon as possible because my car would no longer run. Thank god we took it to other places that let us know that actually nothing was wrong with the car and it was running perfectly fine, no leak or anything wrong for that matter. Like hello????

Very Impressed. Great Staff experience. You can make appointments online or by Phone. One of the most impressive things is they take pictures of what needs to be fixed or what they have done. So you don't have to take their word for it.If you have anything concerns you can come back no questions. Something I really appreciate is they have Uber service to and From.

Customers beware, don't leave your car with this shop overnight. My vehicle was vandalized and had the window broken while in their parking lot, maybe 15 steps from the front door and the shop admitted to me that their insurance doesn't cover their own parking lot. I dropped off my vehicle for a $70 oil change, and it ended up costing me $500+ to get the window repaired at another shop. I have spent a few thousand dollars in repairs with this shop in the past few years and I lost all trust in them in how this was handled and won't be returning. They took no responsibility for what happened on their property. Customer service is not a top priority, its upselling you repairs.

This shop farms for repairs. They will send you photos of everything that they think they can make money off you.... I was told I needed new tires, suspension, differential fluids, and everything else they could think. I was traveling and needed service. Should have went to Toyota instead of this place. They didn't even tell me about the options for my $3,400 service. When I got back to my local dealership I called them and told them about the problem and they said was would have been about 1,100.

I work with Sheldon, who is always friendly and caring. They have always been up front. They are never pushy and they help me figure out what needs to be done first and how soon. I have not had one grumpy, unresponsive on their phone, very good customer service. I tried to go to a couple places, they even answered my question I had about the other guys work. The availability was fantastic. They got the job done for me. The issues I ran into were as follows. Sneaky feeling on the phone. I knew what was wrong. I had been an automotive technician for years. I asked for a direct quote. They said absolutely, as soon as you bring it in. I said I would just like to have an idea what the cost on this specific task would be. Again, sure, as soon as you bring it in. They got the job done that it needed. They don’t use a labor guide. They have menu pricing. For for a tough job it could be in your favor. That was not the case for mine. I paid $500 labor for what should be an under 2 hr job. I did agree to it. Rock and a hard place senecio. I don’t believe that the front desk people are corrupt in any way. They are following company guidelines. The job was completed in a timely manner. I was given a ride. They do a full inspection with pictures. The canned description of the pictures could be scary to someone without automotive knowledge. For example.!I was given a picture of my struts. Description stated damaged struts. Recommend replacing as a pair. The picture showed that the accordion dust boot had disintegrated. Anyway, they are a automotive shop, and I’m not use to current pricing.

Seemingly nice guys, unfortunately unfair. Came here because my dash lights turned on and I was nearby. I live over 10 miles away. They made it seem like the wiring issues wouldn’t take long to repair. I brought the car in 12/22/25 and yes I took two days to authorize the work as I was trying to figure out the funds and I understand that it also was the holidays but then I went to pick up my car on 1/2/26 and five minutes after driving away it all lit up again? And of course it’s on a Friday. They had made me scared to drive the car to my own local shop on 12/22/25 because of the issue and now I had to continue the rest of my drive home. And then I had to wait over the weekend and then I also still needed to figure out bringing it back. Yes it’s nice and helpful to be provided with Ubers but I also have children and the work around was just over all incredibly stressful. It also took over 24 hours to fix that again?? Just more time and more things that I had to cancel and I was only offered an apology. I brought up how the experience was in the kindest and most understanding way possible and I felt practically laughed at when I mentioned getting a discount. I was given a free oil change though🤡 needless to say I’ll just stick to what I know instead of putting myself in that position again. Also felt practically impossible to get updates, like my matter wasn’t a priority.

I’m someone who regrettably doesn’t know much about cars, and I’ve had the hardest time finding a car shop that I feel confident with both car maintenance as well as customer service and fair prices. The shop has been my saving grace and has made me feel so comfortable and fairly treated for the past few years I’ve been here. I always feel that they are going above and beyond to talk me through the services and make sure I fully understand not only what needs to be done, but why the price is the way that it is and what further maintenance may need to be done in the future so I have a timeline. They also do what they can to discount any services when applicable, which I highly appreciate. If you’re looking for amazing customer service and great car service as well, I highly recommend the shop.

I live in West Valley and used to go to the Hillside Good Year by me for repairs but when management changed the atmosphere changed as well from caring to greedy. Now I travel to Steve's Automotive in Sandy because my family recommended them. I've used their services a number of times and never regretted it. These guys are not looking to rip you off or tell you a bunch of crap you're not needing like most places. Prices are fair, staff is professional and they have my trust and business.

Steve’s has impressed me over and over again. I’ve had to take my car to them twice now. And every-time they are kind, flexible, quick, and high quality. They treated me with so much respect, answered all my questions, gave me honest quotes and kept their word on everything they did. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like I do with most mechanics. They also offer free diagnostics and uber rides if you need them which I feel sets them apart from anywhere else in the valley. Their pricing may be high but I got quotes for both repairs I needed from them, and a handful of other places to make sure I was paying the least and Steve’s charged me the least every time. Will definitely be keeping my business with these guys for any car repairs in the future!

It’s hard finding a good reliable mechanic shop and unfortunately this place isn’t it. I’ve tried this place a couple of times throughout the years since I live in the neighborhood. I can’t remember the details of the first few bad experiences I had with this place. So a few years go by I try to give them a chance again. Things were going really great. Very thorough. Trevor was super cool and easy to talk with. Seemed like they fix the issues. I I was super happy about my experience and then part of my quote was replacing a fuel canister for my truck. They quoted me just above $2000. They know I’m selling this truck. I wasn’t gonna put that kind of money into it. So I thought I’d save myself a little money and do this own The part cost me $160. I’m not even a mechanic and still accomplished this replacement in three hours. To think they quoted me $2000!!!!!! Obviously, this isn’t the place that wants to build trust with clientele. Just quick rip offs. I guess I’ll keep trying to find a decent mechanic for my fleet I wouldn’t trust them neither should you

We took my friends car here to find out what this warming sensor meant. They said bring it in with no charge and we'll help you. The news they had for her was clearly NOT GOOD however the piece of mind they gave her not only helped her with not making a very bad business decision and they probably help avoided a bad situation maybe even possibly a wreck that could have been worse. The steps they took showed such dedication and genuine care for my friend has left me speechless.
