Purchased a Colorado from them end of the year last year love the truck called within the first couple weeks to cancel the extended warranty after trying to get the warranty company to order a turbo.was told the turbo had to completely fail before they pay for it and if it caused more damage that the turbo was all they would pay. Anyway I tried to cancel the warranty right away haven’t even funded the loan and was told no after trying multiple times to get ahold of the finance lady. Very disappointing that she was so worried about the back end finance and worried more about a couple hundred dollars on her check over taking care of a customer and charging them thousands for a junk warranty. I purchase vehicles every year or two and probably won’t return after getting scammed from the junk warranty she sold me. Salesman’s name was Shawn he was awesome I feel bad not to return to him at no fault of his own. Curveball!! Management went above and beyond and made things right thank you Jadon for showing places do put the customer first! Will definitely be visiting again being treated with great respect! Thank you!

Got a new car from Axio recently and I really love it, they were able to give me more for my trade than anyone else I inquired with. Angelina was so helpful and great to talk to while I was test driving cars. Only reason for the 4 stars is because after inspection there are quite a few things I’ll have to replace fairly soon, but the car is low mileage and I plan on keeping it a long time, so I’m happy with it overall :).

I recently purchased a 2020 F-150 from Axio Auto, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Ben Woodruff was absolutely amazing to work with. He genuinely listened to everything I was looking for and never once made me feel pressured. He was straightforward, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they treated me very fairly on my trade-in, which meant a lot to me. I honestly hate buying vehicles from dealerships, but Ben made it smooth and easy. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about getting you into the right vehicle and treats you with respect, ask for Ben Woodruff at Axio Auto in Sandy. Highly recommend.

My first time buying from Axio was in July of 2024, at the Riverdale store. I can honestly say, I wasnt impressed. They tried to slide an extended warranty in on me and never told me until we was reviewing the paperwork. When my plate came in, they called me and told me to come get, instead of just mailing it to me. Im all about transparency, and did not appreciate it. Yesterday I went to the Sandy store, and had a totally different experience. We had pre scheduled a meeting time. When we arrived, we were greeted as soon as we got out of our truck. We test drove the truck and knew we wanted it. Our salesman, (Bridger) was a young man, very, very polite, very professional, very curtiois, and very personable. He got the deal done in record time. Same thing when we met with finance. Very professional, a very likeable and knowledgeable person when it came to his job. I was waiting for all the extra add ons, things I didnt want. But it never happened. He wasnt trying to force feed me anything, just straight to the point, and you have no idea, as a customer, how much I appreciated that. I was already getting worked up, with just the thought of it, but again, it didnt happen. I've been to other dealerships, window shopping from my car, and have salesman come chasing me on foot to try and make a sale, even before I had the chance to put my car in park. I will NOT buy from that time of selling mentality. I have purchased multiple, multiple vehicles in my lifetime, and im honestly shocked to be saying this but, this was probally the best buying experience, quickest in and out, I have ever had. When we got to our new truck, my wife and I were looking at each other like, "did we really just trade our truck, test drive a new truck, do all the paperwork, and back on the road in about an hour or less??: Kudos to the Axio team at Sandy. 👏👏👏👏 Im glad I decided to give Axio a 2nd chance, and no doubt, I will be a return customer to the Sandy store when the time arrives.
