What really stood out was when a service person got in my truck while he was dirty—Paris didn’t hesitate to step in and vacuum it himself to make sure it was clean and taken care of. Purchased a Colorado from them end of the year last year love the truck called within the first couple weeks to cancel the extended warranty after trying to get the warranty company to order a turbo.was told the turbo had to completely fail before they pay for it and if it caused more damage that the turbo was all they would pay.
Anyway I tried to cancel the warranty right away haven’t even funded the loan and was told no after trying multiple times to get ahold of the finance lady. Very disappointing that she was so worried about the back end finance and worried more about a couple hundred dollars on her check over taking care of a customer and charging them thousands for a junk warranty.
I purchase vehicles every year or two and probably won’t return after getting scammed from the junk warranty she sold me.
Salesman’s name was Shawn he was awesome I feel bad not to return to him at no fault of his own.
