I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dave’s Body Shop. After being rear-ended, I was devastated, and the thought of dealing with repairs and insurance was overwhelming. Christina and the entire team went above and beyond to help me through every step of the process. They were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure I understood my options.
Even though my car ultimately ended up being totaled, they did everything they could to prevent it and truly had my best interests at heart. Their dedication and genuine care made a stressful situation so much more manageable. Christina was an absolute lifesaver—she was always available to answer my questions and offered so much support throughout the entire experience.

Took my car in for a code that was being thrown. Just wanted to understand what could be wrong. It was running fine when it went in, it is running 100% worse after driving off their lot even though I didn’t give them permission to fix or take apart anything. Then they proceeded to try to get more money out of me to “confirm” the diagnosis before even getting to the cost of the fix. This place is awful.

They claim to be Audi certified. However, we drove from Idaho to pick up our car that took 3 months to repair to find out that they replaced only one tire on an all wheel drive car. 3 hour trip for nothing. Repairs took so long we did not have a rental. The ride that took us took time out if their day for nothing. Going on month 4 with no car and will need to make another trip to Utah to pick it up.

Took my car into Dave’s to get some bumper work done was met by Christina ( estimator ) who came out and and looked at my car and gave me a no B S we got this so we booked the car in she answered all my questions and kept me updated timelines with the insurance people , if Christina wasn’t available Brandy look up my account and also keep me informed of what step of the process my car was in when I stopped into the body shop Brandy, Christina and Tiffany at the front desk all three ladies professional friendly made it a pleasure to work with also made it feel like I had made a good decision to take my car to Dave’s auto body , if I ever need to recommend or need use of a body shop again I know I’m definitely going to these ladies Christina, Brandy, ….
