I was having problems reading the size of my wiper blades in there book ( my eyes are not that sharp anymore). they read the size, told me which ones the different pricing (never tried to upscale me or make my decision for me) and then placed the wiper blades on my car. very helpful

The staff is kind courteous and knowledgeable and I don't know what I would do without them right now I came in in distress mentally spiraling over my situation and I didn't get the young man's name that helped me but I do know that the manager's name was Lisa and she was kind and compassionate understanding of my situation and helped me get back on the road and I made it home because of them thank you all so much and if I'm ever back in lynnhaven I will definitely stop in for you guys this is the place to go if you need to get your car back on the road!!

Went to get my battery tested here, first time at this autoZone it’s only 5 minutes from my home. The older man that tested my battery, tested the battery then walked off without giving me any feedback, I had to ask him twice what’s the issue. Is it my battery or maybe not? He then says “bad” like a 2 year old. I said okay and left. I could tell he didn’t want to service me from the jump, more than likely because the color of my skin, which is insane. Went to the autoZone on 15th and got great service! And amazing feedback about my issue there.

Lisa is my hero! My windshield wipers had broke off due to having a torrent of water run over my windshield while driving through a monsoon. Lisa drove 30 minutes out to me to deliver some brand new wiper blades. Cause of that I was able to drive through the rest of the storm and make it to work.

If you're looking for somewhere to be ignored by three separate people this is your place. Had the part I needed saw the cash register woman assessing another person for about 10 minutes even decided to make some phone calls to help her out while I sat there with my one part. Orville in the back decided that plan on his phone was more important than helping the front desk. I could go on but you get the point this seems to be a trend with AutoZones

On my way home yesterday, I had a light come on & stopped by to have it checked out. I was almost in tears. I remember when these types of stores were helpful. Now not so much, I had the worst experience at the Lynn Haven store. I went in to just look for some Freon for my truck as it must be low then as I was greeted, two employees start arguing over were it is and what size I should use. So with that being said I thing I’ll just go to advanced across the street from now on. Thanks for the help as to were to go auto zone

After receiving the wrong refurbished starter on January 29th 2024 from Leander TX store that has failed; The Lynn Haven store & district managers were more accommodating to my issue. The store Mgr went and pickup new Starter from another Autozone 3 miles away personally. They made sure I had the right part this time as originally requested.
