Dropped off an old battery. The gentleman that helped us exuded southern charm and made the process easy. If you buy the battery from here you get $20 gift card when you recycle the battery here too. We did not but still got a $10 gift card.

Great location, workers are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Went to get a battery and Antonio and Molly(Manager) were great. They also checked to make sure that it was just my battery and not any other codes. New to the state so I will definitely be back for any small services or parts that my car may need.

Would not check my Cadillac cts for code readings. Sent me to Midas in Winter Haven which is a bad place to go. They take advantage of the elderly females and change parts out that never needed to be changed in the first place, run up the bill and never fixed the issues.

Mollie was especially helpful. She stayed late to help diagnose a Check Engine light on my 2000 Chevy Silverado. When the reading wouldn’t come up initially she helped me replace the 15 Amp fuse and ran a full diagnostic report. Would highly recommend this AutoZone location.

Worst experience ever. I Went to get my core charge refund with my receipt, I was told I had to go get my wife's card to get the core back. So unprofessional make customer run around for a core charge poor excuse for a company... I am a company owner and I pay my responsibilities for my customers at there convenience so they will come back for more business. Wow that's a great concept to bad for the people running this place.

Very helpful staff! I'm no mechanic, but needed to help somebody out who was missing three lug nuts from a five-stud wheel. It was visibly wobbling while they drove 😲 . Staff got me exactly what I needed and also went and grabbed a 4-way wrench for me instead of me having to go find it. She then checked to make sure that one of the ends fit the nut. I couldn't have been happier with the service! I wish I had gotten her name but I will fill out the survey so hopefully she will get credit for her exceptional service!

I came here to have them put my car on the machine. I believe there could be something wrong with the sensors and the lights in my computer system of the car because the check engine light comes on, but then sometimes the car like none of the lights will come on behind the steering wheel so I asked them if they could put it on the machine because that’s what a mechanic told me to come and do because they wanted to see what codes it would pull up And the guy Mike I believe his name was because the light currently wasn’t on. He didn’t want to come out and check it I mean I know they say they need the light to be on but if I’m telling you that it comes on, but then my whole dash goes out so nothing comes on. You could’ve just tried to satisfy the customer by putting it on the machine. I mean I get it takes five minutes out of your time, but Mike your customer service sucks and I will not be coming back to that AutoZone. I walked in there and stood for five minutes before anybody Would even speak anyway so I just didn’t like the atmosphere there from him or her that we’re working. I feel like when you work at an auto shop and somebody walks in. They’re already frustrated because there’s probably something wrong with their car and they’re not there to buy tent and stickers and different things. Some people were there because they actually have a problem and they need help so they like to find a little comfort and somebody willing to help them Instead of basically just telling me you’re too lazy to walk outside

My battery was dead and I got my car to start to go get me a coffee by the grace of God he knew I needed it and then I saw AutoZone across the street. I called. I spoke to Mollie and she helped me out so much I will be forever Grateful definitely recommend this store.

With so many auto stores I am so glad that I chose to go to this one! Truly the best customer service. Gentleman behind counter helped me right away with my diagnostic and took the time to explain everything to me even when other customers were trying to pull his attention away, he took the time to acknowledge them and that he would be right with them but then returned to our conversation. He handled himself incredibly professionally and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Trent Noyce went above and beyond to help us. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He listened and was very patient and thoughtful. He was familiar with all the products and how they related to our vehicles. The store was clean, organized and welcoming. We are excited about the rewards program and the savings we can receive on our regular supplies and purchases. Courtesy and kindness are irreplaceable and Trent has superior customer service! This is not his regular store, but we will travel to his location in the future. The customer service is worth the drive!

this place has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I go inside to get a wheel lock key and I asked one of the employees for help and instead of her helping me, she sends someone to help me who doesn’t know where they are and then when he gets to the wheel locks I told him which one I needed and he acted like I was an idiot.

I'm severely disabled and this is the only Auto Zone that will not help me install cabin air filter. Bending over can cause me to pass out. When I told them I'm disabled they still refused. Had them void my transaction and went to another Auto Zone and they were happy to help me. So I you require assistance DO NOT come to this store. The arrogance the staff showed me when they refuse to assist me was unreal. Same day I went to the one on first Street they were all too happy to help me.

Hector showed compassion to actually find out why my car kept turning off. He did every diagnostic that could possibly show where the problem was. It was the gas cap to my car. He explained it all to me. He didn't just sell me the cap He went out in the dead of the heat. Cleaned it all off before putting the new one on so that my car can run safely for both me & my daughter. What the best part is Hector smelt the gas and he stuck to that answer. Thank you Hector We need a better picture. It was so HOT out side. I will definitely drive the extra miles to see Hector for any future purchases or problems with my car.

Mollie and Austin helped with the anti thrift fasteners I purchased here for my license tag. Someone close to me kept trying to steal my tag to keep me from driving away. They literally are life savers! My license tag was almost hanging off and about to fall off when I got here. They didn’t have to go above and beyond by helping me install it but they did and they were so patient and kind with me. I am so thankful and I highly recommend this place.
