Place always has issues with going outside to check your engine light second time here in 6months and same excuse always the machine doesn't work. Noticed one of the employees help one of there friends in lot but gave me an excuse that it wasn't working..no point in arguing just go to the next location in town.

Getting help here is not on the helpful side. Got to the register was given some help, got home was the wrong fit. Now I have to return to the store to return the item.

The customer service here is awful. Needed to convince a manager to process my return while other workers just walked away. I guess they are not use to multi tasking and just make people wait 20 minutes for a return that takes 5 minutes. I try to avoid this store unless it's an emergency. This store seriously need to train their workers to be better.

Tonight my son and I broke down on 95 on our way to jfk from Pennsylvania it was so scary. We thankfully made it to this auto zone store and Antonio, Adam and Fernado where absolutely amazing!!
