A sales associate tried to get an upsell on me by saying that oil, filter, and cabin air filter were the same price as oil and filter because of a package deal. I found out he was misleading me. The oil and filter alone was 9 dollars cheaper. He then wasted my time by bringing me over to the self checkout even though we were already at the normal checkout counter. I'm guessing so that his stats were not negatively affected. Very sleazy and misleading service.

Good heavens, what a splendid experience I had at the auto parts shop! I arrived with a most perplexing issue and the mood of a man whose horse had gone lame, but lo! Enter John M, a true gentleman of the trade. With a keen eye and the grace of a seasoned blacksmith, he knew just what part I needed and fetched it faster than you can say “alternator.” Never once did he scoff at my lack of mechanical know-how, nor did he try to sell me snake oil or other such nonsense. If ever your motor carriage is in distress, I strongly advise you seek the aid of John. Five shining stars, and a hearty huzzah to the finest partsman in the realm!

The entire team is incredible. Joe, John and Chris all went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed for my vehicle as well as ensure my battery was put in correctly. They even were willing to show me how to use the battery cleaning products because my battery had caused some bad erosion. They were awesome!!!

As the primary person ordering for a shop we have many options on who to order from. The other competitors are constantly asking, sometimes even begging for our business and how they can get more sales from us, the answer is simple. The customer service that we receive goes above and beyond what is traditionally expected! Jackie and her team are able to find parts no one else can even when it looks like the only option is ebay. I will add that even on her days off she answers her personal phone and helps answer questions or find us what we need. The commercial team are always friendly and eager to help even when we mess something up. As the commercial manager she has brought us homemade baked goods for birthdays or just as a thank you for our business.. (who does such personal things anymore and it just makes the business relationship feel personal) I can say without Jackie, Eric and the rest of the commercial department we wouldn't be buying from Auto Zone. So thank you for having such knowledgeable, caring and helpful individuals for us shops it doesn't go unnoticed and we appreciate them.

The team was extremely professional and helpful. John was able to help me get filters for my cars engine and cabin over the phone and held them for me so I didn’t have to worry about having to track them down again after I got off work. When I got there, Chris was super sweet and helped me get the right battery as well as the brush I have been looking for to clean my terminals. After that, I was really nervous trying to use the cleaning spray and protective gel so Joe was kind enough to show me how to use them as well as went above and beyond by testing my starter and alternator because I had mentioned I was concerned they may also have been contributing to my car not starting. Over all my experience was great, and I will definitely be going back!

Instead of just selling me parts and hoping for the best, Alexis and John took the time to understand the problem and helped me find a real solution without pushing me to spend a lot of money on guesswork. This store took the time explain how the lifetime policy works (good for 9yrs). For the first time ever over the course of 15+ years I was able to use the lifetime warranty due to store going through the process of looking up my account via telephone-# and unlocking/resolving issues with it after years of being told I had to have a receipt. ( in this case it would have from 6 yrs prior) So again thank you and this experience has revived my appreciation for AutoZone
