Came to AutoZome today to get a battery and Matt took great care in helping me. He made sure I purchased what I needed to change out my battery and was kind enough to change it for me. I admit that I know very little about cars. I know enough to take them for the oil changes as scheduled and I know to get my brakes done when they start rubbing. I can also change the tire and some minor things but other than that I am ignorant. My battery had severe corrosion and Matt said he had never seen anything like it. He didn’t shame me for it, we joked a bit but he was kind and helped me out. Thank you to AutoZone for having such a helpful person on staff, and thank you, Matt!
