I was in town for training and I was headed home out of town when it started raining so I stopped to get new windshield wipers and washer fluid and Josh was very helpful and even changed the wipers for me in the rain. He has great customer service and went above and beyond to help me with a couple other problems with my car.

Pretty good place to shop for a quick auto part. I usually have good experiences here. The employees are often (but not always) knowledgeable, and often (but not always) helpful. However, they seem to struggle looking up the correct windshield wipers for a certain one of my cars. Happens every time.

The manager there is awesome! But I have nothing good to say about the help corporate gives him. As long as hes their you're gonna get treated right and the help that you deserve. If hes not there then you better know what you need because I think the rest of the employees came from the DQ down the street.

The people here are great. We were passing through on vacation and my brother's car had an issue with the radiator line. Not only did they have the part but they helped put it in as well. My brother offered to pay them for the extra help but the rejected it. Then he offered to at least buy them lunch, and again they rejected the offer. Some of the most helpful and friendly people around. If you need anything for you vehicle, but it here and support these wonderful people.

My battery died leaving CM & luckily I got it started long enough to get the extra block over to AutoZone where I bought my last battery. They tested it twice & agreed that I needed a new one. It was chilly outside but he installed it for me anyway. Great service.

I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get run up because of phone calls. I asked them to put my wipers on, they were very nice and helpful but they had a hard time figuring out the correct clips and installing the driver side wiper. Overall they were friendly and helpful, thankfully i had a half hour to spare.

If I could put a zero star I would. Horrible customer service and bunch of people who don't know jack about their jobs. It's sad when the customer has to do the employees job because the employee doesn't know what she's talking about and not to mention the manager was no where to be found. Had a line of customers and only 1 person on the counter. Its ridiculous. Every since Donna left this store has gone to shambles. I was a very frequent and loyal customer to this store and it's sad to say I will never return. Seems like they will hire just about anyone for a warm body to fill the spot. Bring back all the people the new district manager ran off. Definitely in need of some new management guys. It's turned extremely pathetic.

I walked in the door and one guy was putting things away. The other was on his phone. The first guy acknowledged me but didn't get up. I browsed the store for quite a while, found what I needed and went to the register. The 2nd guy was still on his phone and I had to get his attention to check out. He seemed annoyed that I interrupted him. Customer service was a minus 5 stars Much better visit today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It seems overtime I check online it says the parts are in stock at this location. I head to the store only to be told it is out of stock but the other stores have them. Happens quite often.

Wow!! If I could give more stars I would. I pre ordered and they had everything ready. The older gentleman working on 5/21/2025 @ 4:50pm was quick to assist!! The younger gentleman closer to the door even offered to help me get my stuff to my car or open the door:) didn’t have the chance to get their names but they made my day with their amazing customer service and kind gestures!!! I've done a lot of business with AutoZone over the years—easily over 300 purchases—and they've consistently earned my trust. The staff has always been polite, helpful, and professional. If a store doesn't have the part I need, they quickly point me to another location in town that does. And if I ever have an issue with a part, exchanges have always been hassle-free. One thing younger drivers might not realize: it pays to stick with one place like AutoZone. If you start early and consistently shop with them, it makes warranties and returns incredibly easy down the road. After 30 years of driving, nearly every part on my vehicles—brakes, starters, alternators, hoses, rotors, you name it—has come from AutoZone. I always opt for lifetime warranty parts, and it's absolutely worth it. I do miss the old days when they had car stereo displays you could test out in-store, but that’s just nostalgia talking. Overall, I’m 100% satisfied with AutoZone and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and solid customer service.
