I went in tonight to pickup a pickup order I had placed. Matt had called and said one thing I ordered was not in store. When I arrived ,he had replaced what was not in stock for the same name of product ,but said product was double the price. He gave me the product at the cost of the other one. He was such a nice,professional, caring man. Everyone was nice when I entered the store. Kudos to ya'll. This will be my go to place, Thank ya'll so much

The staff here was extremely kind and helpful. I needed to change my battery but my terminal connector was completely stuck and Casey and Dave did absolutely EVERYTHING they could to help me get it off the post, even trying to fabricate a new one for me to use when it wouldn't come off. I highly recommend this location if you're in need of any parts or help with your vehicle.

If your vehicle is making a weird anything these guys can almost always find a solution for your problem. If you are that type of person looking for aftermarket parts they have a awesome selection of carburetors and all the cool stuff for it so come on down and throw your questions to these amazing guys. I was visiting out of town got blacked out drunk and woke up on the street without shoes or any of my belongings, walked into this autozone in the morning BEST DECISION IVE EVER MADE it was on Mother’s Day and the people there helped me figure out where I was staying and even called a Taxi!!! But the taxi never came so guess what they did!?!? Drove me to where I was staying. Are u kidding me ? They easily could’ve kicked me out and not helped. Idk who those kind strangers who worked on Mother’s Day were but THANK YOU!!!

I visited this AutoZone for the first time and was impressed by several aspects of the experience. Cassy and Jasmine were exceptional—efficient, friendly, and eager to help, creating a positive vibe that truly enhanced my visit. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, tempting me to consider more purchases than planned! However, I encountered a minor issue with an out-of-stock item after purchase, requiring me to either get a refund or visit another location. While Cassy and Jasmine worked diligently to resolve it, another employee, Kidd, displayed a negative attitude with visible frustration, which felt unnecessary and detracted from the otherwise great service. As a prior military officer, I believe attitude shapes every interaction. We all face personal challenges, and I empathize with stressors that may affect professionalism. However, kindness and a positive demeanor are critical, especially when a customer is patiently waiting for a resolution. Despite this, the team’s overall effort made my experience worthwhile, and I’d return thanks to Cassy and Jasmine’s outstanding service.

What wonderful service I received today at the 28th and North location. I needed a battery for my car and when I called your store, Austin helped me over the phone. What great customer service before I even entered the door. When I arrived, Travis waited on me and was such a pleasure to work with. He was well informed and went the extra mile by actually going out and installing the battery on a very warm day. In today's world great customer service really stands out. Good job to both Austin and Travis!!

Battery less than a month old and failing. Duralast. They refuse to just replace it under warranty. They sold me a battery with a faulty cell. 2 days past warranty but I have been having problems with this battery since day one. Its a faulty battery.

The staff has really improved in recent years, there were always the core long term employees that could help you with almost anything automotive but now almost all the employees are useful. Just finished an engine rebuild and got all my parts through them and even bought a few new tools to complete the job. The staff was great during my incorrect purchases, broken tools, and peculiar questions that I tested them all with over the course of the rebuild. Engines running now but I'll still pick this as my first stop for what I need automotive. Here are a few pics for the car lovers out there, 1985 Nissan 720 King cab had fused together rod bearings after driving from Rifle to GJ with less than optimal oil pressure; they were literally fused together around the crank and then to the connecting rod. A little flame and some patience all I had to do was polish it back to stock specifications and put it back together.

Girlfriend's car had a few issues the "boys" at home couldn't catch. I was able to get it running and down to auto zone this evening and was greeted by a young man named Xander (I hope I spelled this correctly) he was a huge help, pointed out the issue I was inquiring about, explained it to me in a kind informative manner. He had a calm demeanor and good sense of humor. He needs a raise and a paid vacation. I was very pleased with my experience. ❤️
