This the best experience I’ve ever had involving anything with car. Everyone was so nice and the waiting room was so clean. I was in and out quickly. I stopped here in the middle of a road trip and was worried about my dog being with me but they even had a dog bed and dog toys in the lobby. I wish i lived close to this one!

I love coming to get my car serviced here. They don’t try to just “take your money”. They contact you prior to replacing anything to make sure you’re okay with the price. I’ve rented a car from them for the day while my vehicle was getting serviced and it was so easy. I also got “shuttled” home when my car needed service too. I work with Zack the last two times I’ve gone and I like how I’ve stayed with the same person for both visits. And an extra bonus, my car is washed when I go to pick it up.

Driving cross country- had an issue with my Forrester, they fit me in same day and had the issue fixed that very day. Warranty covered everything. Staff was great- Robert helped us out and took excellent care of us. Waiting area had a dog bed that kept my two littles happy and comfy. They also had a shuttle to take us to and from the near by mall. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Subaru never disappoints.
