They sold tires to my Girlfriend for $2,000 on a payment plan. It's a cross over vehicle it shouldn't be more then $1,000. She went in there 3 times for flat repair they never once asked if they needed a rotation. The fronts wore out, then they told her she needs to replace all 4. You don't need to replace all 4 on a FWD vehicle. They were going to charge her another $950. They take advantage of women's ignorance. Discount tire took care of her $250 for 2 new fronts.

We went to R & R Tires to get new tires for our daughter’s car, and they made the whole process so easy. They offered payment plans that worked perfectly for our budget, and Ben got us set up and scheduled really quickly. His customer service from start to finish was amazing. The very next day, my daughter unfortunately ran over something in the road that ruined one of the brand-new tires. We were worried, but R & R Tires made it right immediately. They swapped the tire out super fast and had her back on the road in no time. Amazing! Fast and friendly. I desperately needed new tires before winter, my tires were practically bald. I called RNR on a Saturday. Came in got my down payment made was told it would take 5 days to ship my tires in (thanks old cars), only took two days and was able to get an appointment scheduled with ease! Brought both of my kids with me to the mound and balance, they had a whole room full of kids toys to keep both kids happy and occupied! Took them about 30 minutes from start to finish. Finalizing my contract took about 15 minutes. Got outta there in an hour and 15 minutes. Super friendly staff and very amazing experience, even with two under two!

The service at RNR is awesome! Ben is always welcoming and very respectful. He makes the visit wonderful and less stressful, the tire guys are all great at getting the job done in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate this way of purchasing tires, it helps, especially when other tire companies require full price payment on the spot or credit card applications, and you can’t get approved. I’m thankful there’s an RNR Tire in our area. The tire package deal is amazing and a blessing.

Awesome customer service! They have a good selection of tires and a waiting room upstairs that makes you feel at home. Nice TV, plenty of toys and coloring books to keep the kids interested. My car felt like new after a new set of tires, alignment and balance!
