We've brought our '04 Rav4 into them twice, to replace the front ball joints and clutch. Additional problems were discovered while doing both. The problems were not big and they took care of them out of courtesy to us. We are very pleased with the work they've done. Best to make an appointment as they get very busy!

Andy is super skilled and knowledgeable as is his entire crew. We bring all our diesel cars/SUVs to ARCO. He was recommended by the VW dealership sales team! Andy is a straight shooter and knows his business and ALWAYS tells us how much things will cost BEFORE he does any work. He works on our Diesel Audi, Diesel Range Rover (the dealership can't do it!) and our Diesel VW. If I need help with my Caterpillar equipment, he can do that too.

EXCEPTIONAL!!!! We had an issue with our diesel engine in our motorhome on a cross country drive (with 2 young kids!!) Although there are tons of diesel shops in Grand Junction we couldn't even get diagnosis for about 2 weeks. LUCKILY I found ARCO. They went above and beyond even coming to the RV park for initial diagnosis late on a Friday afternoon. They had us at their shop first thing Monday morning and worked tirelessly all day and had us wrapped up and fixed up by Tuesday. Top notch technicians and the owner Andy is now a friend. Highly highly recommend!!!

This is the worst run business you will ever find. I wouldn't take a vehicle there if they were the only shop open. Had them fix head gaskets, Injectors, and transfer case seal on a duramax diesel. Never filled T-case and burnt it up 250 miles later. Fuel injector cup leaking Antifreeze into engine 700 miles after. 750 miles after initial repair found head cracked they machined and never tested. 12k job turned into a 19k job. Andy the owner is rude and a liar. You have been warned.

Delivered a Doordash here and my van's dash lit up like a Christmas tree with several warning lights. After delivering the order asked if they had a code reader. A mechanic came out with one, scanned the engine, googled the issue then fixed the problem. He scanned it again and nothing popped up. Now back on the road! Thank you so much!!! (Also- Dude gets bonus points for laughing at our jokes) 😁

Andy was willing to not let the truck leave the shop until all it's issues were resolved. The truck runs great and for the first time in a long time there are no warning lights on the instrument panel and oil leaks were found and fixed.

Recently while I was passing through Colorado, I experienced a catastrophic mechanical failure with my 3500 GMC Sierra while hauling a camper. Being in a state I am not from, I reached out to several sources who referred me to Andy from ARCO. As it was nearing the end of the day, Andy went out of his way after hours to make sure he was there to diagnose what was going on. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Long story short, the next day I was back on the road to finish my long-haul journey back home and not once did I have any problems going forward with my trip. I am thankful for his work!

I've had to take my truck in several times to get the correct work done, and I had to pay for their screw ups. The mechanic broke several things on my truck and tried to hide it all. I paid over 6k and still have problems. They Can't be trusted.

Look, this is really simple. If you have mechanical issues, take your auto to Andy. We’ve spent 2 months traveling around different areas of Colorado and began having engine problems with our F350 diesel. Andy was able to diagnose and fix the problem that the previous 5 shops couldn’t. Wish we would have found ARCO earlier. Would have save us thousands($), fixed right the first time and all the hassle of car rentals each time the truck went in for repairs. Andy came highly recommended, once I sank my teeth into getting the best mechanic. He didn’t fail to disappoint. Good guy, good mechanic and fair prices.
