Always have had good service at Midas in a few locations. Bizarre situation happened I bought some tires, great price super friendly service. Great mechanics! Also had some transmission fluid changed in my 2018 Ford Transit. After a couple years I noticed small cracks appearing on some of the tires. I’m 20’000 miles in on a nice set of Cooper tires. I called, and brought it to the attention of Mike who runs the shop here in Grand Junction. To my surprise Mike was super receptive and offered me a very fair and honest resolution. I won’t go into the details but I’m one happy client. He may have had to bite the bullet on this rare occurrence, but he did it with 100% professionalism. Wow! How cool that we still have some threads of our community holding strong! Thanks Mike! Super appreciative Kevin

Big ole shout out to Terry Bower for my oil change! $70 down the drain! They didn’t even touch my car. There’s almost NO OIL IN IT. Glad I took notice BEFORE my engine blew. If anyone else gets their oil changed here check your dip stick BEFORE you leave. My oil level sensor light came on after I left and I checked my dip stick and it was at the lowest possible without being empty 1qt. And I came in a couple hundred miles before I was due for an oil change as well considering my oil level light had come on.

I took my 2003 Ford Ranger in to have my front brakes fixed and the Mechanics at Midas also found that my water pump was leaking and my transmission seal was bad and leaking so I had them fix all of that for me, plus I had them do a tune up as well. A couple of weeks before that I was at another auto shop in town to have my oil changed and their mechanics never seen the problems with my water pump and transmission, if I hadn't come to Midas I may have been stranded someplace with a shot water pump or transmission. I really appreciate Midas and their team of Mechanics for all the work they did on my truck, they went out of their way to explain to me what exactly was wrong and what needed to be done, and how much it would cost before they did anything. I was really impressed by their knowledge and their service and I highly recommend them. To all the guys at Midas on 1st and North Avenue in Grand junction, Thank you so much.

I took two cars in this past week to get looked at. Terry helped explain and even showed what was wrong with my 2010 Jeep Patriot so I was informed when I sold. Then I brought in my fiancé Toyota highlander the get the undercarriage fixed. They got it in so quick and were able to salvage it so they didn't charge to have a replacement. Super professional staff and exceptional service!

I had my brakes done out in Longmont, but there were some issues, I think something was just sticking and causing the break to engage more than it should. This location solved the problem and did not charge me since it was under warranty. The manager was very friendly and kind, and I feel the staff working there did a good job inspecting and making sure my vehicle was safe. If I'm able to plan my next break repair or service, I'll definitely return to this location, I feel they went above and beyond inspecting and addressing any possible issues that another Midas location may have created.

Came for the $65 synthetic oil/filter change.....The untrained serviceman drained my Transmission fluid by mistake then installed the wrong oil ( 5W/30 instead of OW/20.) Mgr Skyler got the Subaru Trans fluid & had the correct synthetic put in the next day. He also promised a full refund for the 3 hours plus I spent there..... 3 weeks later & no refund or credit & several calls have been ignored. .... I'd skip this business for simple maintenance jobs... Go to Scottie's. Finally got the refund check on Dec 15th but still would not go back to Midas.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! They are truly professional and they take pride in their work!! I had an ac issue that required purchasing 2 different parts on 2 separate occasions within 3/4 months apart and one was under warranty so I got the part for free! However I had another issue arise 3 months later with the same ac and the guys replaced the last remaining part for free!! Truly thankful and appreciative for the service and the guys taking care of me!!
