BMT auto was awesome. On a Sunday they were all about willing to get me back on the road with my two flat tires. We couldn’t even get them off the car so they went out of their way to go get plugs to put in there to give me back on the road as soon as possible what a great company, very friendly highly recommend if you’re in need for some used tires or even new tires. They can get new tires as well but just a wonderful group of guys and highly highly recommend service.

Lied to my wife saying the tires I bought were damaged and unrepairable which is a lie they were repairable and had my wife pay almost 200$ for tires i didnt even need.. do you job right instead of trying to pocket a dollar on everything.

Dude broke my sensor then didn’t want to take accountability when my sensor was working prior to them changing my tire. They taped my sensor on I had to buy new sensors which they did put on for me but my car is not compatible with sensors so now I have to pay 85$ for a sensor I shouldn’t have to replace, spoke with other tire shops and there was no reason why they broke my sensors.

They got me in quick after my wheel fell off completely, for which I was grateful. However, they did a very poor job balancing the new tires and there was significant vibration above about 50 mph. I was going out of town so a family member took it elsewhere to get it re-fixed, and we also realized that they used the wrong kind of lug nuts when they swapped out my rims. Overall pretty frustrating and I’m very much feeling like I got taken advantage of.

Picked up a couple of screws while traveling. They were the only place that could get me in on a Sunday. We were super grateful. While plugging the hole he said he noticed a “slash” and that I needed a new tire. The slash looked super fresh. I ended up buying a tire and asked for my old one back so that Discount would replace it for me. The guy was adamant that they wouldn’t- but Discount did, of course. I walked away feeling pretty uneasy and the guy at Discount tire said it was odd too.

My husband and I needed a new tire after we got a flat late in the day on a Saturday. Nearly all tire service centers were closed after 5 or 6 pm on a Saturday and not open again until Monday. We needed to be traveling much sooner and Lotty, the owner of BMT, was happy to come to our rescue. I had a great experience going to this shop. I highly recommend them. Great prices! I needed tires for a truck that almost has 2k miles on it. I was able to get in right away. The customer service was amazing. The staff was so helpful attentive and extremely knowledgeable about more than just tires. They were able to repair the sway bar.... the reason my tires were so bald on the inside of them so now it won't happen again! I'm very happy I called them!

Sold me 4 used tires for $300 didn't balance them, put them on backwards & the trend was at a 4 That's when you buy new ones . My safety wasn't a concern at all this place is out for money only.. 7 customer to go to discount with this problem.
