I went to AutoZone, their battery tester didnt work right, told me to get a new battery anyways, and then said they couldnt replace it. I went over to Batteries Plus to use their tester, they said it should be replaced, and they offered to change it out without even buying a battery from them! Dave was super kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you to this team!

OMG this store has never failed me ever! Many times they've been a lifesaver, especially again today. Shout out to the AMAZING STAFF, with their excellent customer service. My car broke down and was towed there since I thought it was just the battery, not the alternator. Sean helped me out fm beginning to end (which I was there about 2 hours) trying to figure out what to do, since my mechanic wasn't available and I had nowhere to go). I was stranded & very upset. I had to have a different battery installed and the owner Taya already had mine taken out and a new one put in immediately. I couldn't believe it! They were very knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the predicament I was going through. Such a blessing, my two angels. Thank you so so much! Go check them out.. you'll be very happy with them!

( review update 10.10.25 called customer care after respond and they said they will let store know what they can do and nobody didn’t even respond and called back after that definitely worst experience i had!) I left my phone for battery replacement (iPhone 12 pro) and after they change the battery I noticed that the new battery was no different from my old battery and even consumed more battery. I asked for a refund. They returned it to me, okay nice but they said that they replaced the original screen during the battery replacement. It turns out they replaced the original with an aftermarket screen. Now my screen has pixel damages around screen because of They put after market screen and battery is draining faster than the old original battery. if you had to change my screen you would have to change exact same screen not after market one. so disappointing and not recommend for battery change this place!

Easiest FIVE STAR review I have ever posted. I was over an hour away from home and was alerted that my key fob was inoperative. I assumed it was the battery and looked for a Batteries Plus on a Sunday afternoon. When I walked in I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by a team member who opened my key fob and replaced the batteries. I was relieved to see the alert immediately went away. ALL customers in the store were being tended to by Batteries Plus employees, including a customer in the parking lot who was getting their car battery checked. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING!

Guys at the store were very knowledgeable, quick and prompt to know exactly what I needed. I was going to try and charge my RV battery, but the initial visit to store was go great, I went home grabbed my batteries and immediately went back to store for the purchase. Fast, smooth transaction. Staff was pleasant. Overall got exactly what I needed that no one else in town seemed to have on a Sunday, and a better warranty at an incredible price. Wonderful staff! Super helpful! I didn't know what kind of battery I needed for my vehicle and they were amazing help! I have a weird vehicle where battery is stored under the passenger front seat and they were more than happy to remove the old battery and install a new one for me! Unfortunately I didn't get names but all of the staff was super helpful! Very kind and understanding as well. I will 100% be going back to them with any of my battery needs and will recommend a friends and family to go to them as well
