I am a new resident of Grand Junction having just moved here in the Fall of 2022. After initially trying a few other automotive businesses in town, I am glad to have settled in with Antonelli's for about two years now. I am very pleased with the entire staff and the level of customer service. The pricing and service they perform is as they indicate upfront. Eric Hagen the Service Advisor is always pleasant to work with and does a very good job of explaining any needed services and why they are needed, rather than just indicating the work should be done. He will work with you on prioritizing what is needed so as to work within your budget and timeline. This is definitely a business that I have and will continue to recommend to anyone.

I had extensive work done on my 2003 Avalon which I have had since it was new. Antonelli’s has always kept it going, now at about 185,000 miles. After my old mechanic retired, I had a problems finding a new shop that didn't screw me over but after some deliberation I choice to use Antonelli's and I am glad I did. Eric who helped me setup appointments for my truck and my sister's car was always helpful, gave daily updates and always called it something happened or if there would be delays for any reason. This shop is extremely friendly and professional plus even after I had to return because there was a issue with my door after they did some work on it, they didn't charge me because the issue was so small. If you are looking for a good mechanic shop with an owner and staff that cares and does a fantastic job, choose Antonelli's Advanced Automotive and you won't be disappointed. You get what you pay for and I paid for Amazing service. 10/10. I will be returning to them for all my future car needs for myself and my family.

I've been going to Antonelli's for over a year now. Both Eric and Briana have been super helpful. I've taken three different vehicles there and everyone they have given me recommendations for what's needed done and helped me prioritize the most important areas. The price is great and I've never had any issues after their work. I will continue to bring my vehicles for them whether it be a simple oil change or for some more extensive repairs.

I've had my car serviced at Antonelli's a few times now and every time has been a very positive experience! On my most recent visit, Erik was very professional and helpful in making sure my car got the service that it needed. Bri in the office was also very pleasant and helpful as well. When giving an estimate, I love that they provide pictures and details showing and explaining exactly what is needed and why. I definitely recommend Antonelli's for good auto care!

We went to Antonelli's to get the brakes and AC fixed. Two weeks after we had the repairs done, we were changing tires and the lug nuts had been way overtightened, and would not come off. Good thing I didnt get a flat. During the tire change, 5 lugs broke on 3 of the 4 tires and the new brake job had to be disassembled to fix the broken lugs. This happened early morning as we were leaving to go out of town for the holidays. We called Antonelli's when we got back in town, and left a message with the receptionist who said the service manager would call us back to discuss. A week later that had not happened, so we left another message. Still no call back, so we emailed. Finally got a call back, and the service manager was highly unprofessional, would not engage in a protective adult conversation, and ended up hanging up on me without reaching any kind of resolution. Let's hope when summer rolls around and I use the AC that they did a better job than they did with the brakes. I will never use this shop again and I would recommend you don't either. The service manager was rude, unprofessional and a total jerk. Maybe the usually do decent work, but he refused to consider that something was done incorrectly and handled it very poorly.

Antonelli's came highly recommended to me from a fellow widow; In regard to their high level of automotive care, as well as their commitment to having a positive impact on our community. After Completing a thorough inspection of my daughter's Ford Mustang, Eric sent a prioritized list of repairs, ranging from urgent to those that could potentially be a concern in the future. All of the repairs were clearly written up, as well as recorded in video clips. Eric managed the repairs in a timely fashion and Clearly communicated the progress. Considering the extent of the repairs required, the car was returned quickly. I have since taken my own car to Antonelli's for both repairs and regular maintenance. Eric has remained positive and reliable with all of my automotive care. As a widow/mother of two young ladies, having such confidence in car care is both comforting and rather hard to come by. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Antonelli's staff and service. I recommend them with the truest of sincerity.

It’s hard to find a repair shop these days that is upfront, honest, and fair with everything they do! I have full trust in them every single time I have to come in.
