It's called Done Right Repair and that's what they do. But it's also done quickly and at a reasonable cost. My Land Rover was running on limp mode and I needed to get it repaired ASAP. So I called a few shops that specialized in Land Rover repairs and was told it would be more than a week before they could look at it. Since I had my wife's car serviced at Done Right, I gave them a call. They had my car in that afternoon and fixed it two days later, so I was on the road about a week sooner than the other shops would even be able to look at it. They do good work. They check with me before they do anything. And their prices are very good. I feel really good now that I have a shop I can trust.

These guys did my brakes on my van and did a good job. So I decided to give them some work on my SUV. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dropped the car off early in the morning so they had all day to look at it. I called at 4:30pm to see what the deal was. They didn't even look at my car, or call to tell me what was up. So I was frustrated since I needed my car back that night. After some venting on both parties involved, they refused to give me any kind of service and gave me 20 minutes to figure out a ride to come get it before they closed at 5. Go somewhere else unless you have nothing but time...

I was recommended Done Right for work on my eco Diesel and an oil change and am happy to say that I've found my mechanic shop. Ambur was awesome and super friendly She fit me in knowing I was heading out on a long road trip and couldn't come in the next week. Jay took the time to answer all my questions, the service was great and the staff friendly. I will be back.

When my buddy referred me to done Right Auto I was happy to go. While I was in the office. I was treated like a number one. I felt the atmosphere was perfect. These are the people I could get, along with. Loved the family history. they diagnose the problem . I must say, I was expecting a higher Bill than I received . This place is great! My wife & I were passing through town on our way from California to Illinois & my entire center console shorts out. John helped me with a smile on his face & helped us get on our way in about an hour. The owner & her daughter were so kind offering us to wait in their office with our dog while we wait for the repairs. I would definitely recommend Done Right.

They are incredibly kind and definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had with an auto shop. I’m always hesitant as I haven’t had great experiences before with my cars, however they really took care of us. They went above and beyond by not only fixing broken parts for us, but also taking an hour off of our total cost. If you’re looking to get your car worked on- I recommend them!

We were traveling from Utah to our home in Indisna pulling 33 foot toy hauler and our old GMC 3500 Crew Cab with Durmax Diesel engine. It had an overheating issues that I turned in cabin heater at full blast to keep the temperature under control. I called a diesel shop but found the shop was booked for 2 weeks then I asked any recommendations on a great local shop Done Right Repair was the place to go. The mechanics, Jay and CD did a great job after replacing cooling fan, fan clutch, new thermostats, hoses, radiator then put in coolant. CD found right rear wheel leaking and it was fixed too. We left the shop and went over the Rockies all right. A big kudos to those mechanics and Corry for big help. We are very happy with the shop and staff there!!

I came to town and immediately had a little scare with a high coolant temp light upon engine startup. The next morning I anxiously called Done Right Repair and they got me in within minutes. After a sweet scooter ride around Grand Junction, oh about maybe 2.5 hours tops, they called me to let me know they had finished running my car through its paces and that it had a clear bill of health. Not only did they get me in and out within hours BUT the mechanic gave me his personal cell # in case I did get into trouble. All around these folks are class acts. Cannot recommend this place enough. They absolutely treated me like a friend when all I am is a tourist. Thank you everyone at DRR for soothing my ruffled feathers.

Traveling through and we broke down. These guys got us in on a Monday despite already being busy, just so I could get my family home to Utah. Needed a new alternator on our Honda Odyssey. Got it done in only a couple of hours and we were back on the road by lunch-time! Honest, friendly service. Reasonably priced. Corry was extremely helpful to accommodate my 3 kids and me and my wife while we waited for the repair. Made us feel at home and at-ease with a stressful situation. I am grateful for their honesty and integrity. The name says it all: Done Right.

-Great customer service -More than fair pricing I was driving back to Denver from a rafting trip in Utah when my truck had some issues as we pulled off the interstate to get gas and food. It was near the end of the day so I needed to act fast to figure out a plan, or else I'd be stranded for the night in a parking lot with $1000's of gear in my trailer and truck. I called Done Right and they came to my location to do an initial diagnosis!!!! I was concerned about my trailer full of gear and they let me lock my truck and trailer in their secure lot over night. In this situation, I was prepared for a multi-day stay given part shortages and an unknown diagnosis, but given I was trying to get back home they were able to take a look at my truck first thing the very next morning and had me back on the road by lunch the next day, which my wife very happy as she had been watching our infant for over a week at this point by herself!!! I wish I could find a shop like this in Denver. They had some cool cars in the shop and I could tell they were passionate about what they do. I was able to talk directly to the mechanic as well. If I could give 6 stars, I would! My wife would probably give 10 for getting me back on the road so quickly. Thank You!!!

Early May of 2025, my wife and I, from Portland OR, were touring the SW when the turn signals on our '99 F250 went out. We were towing a 21' travel trailer so it was dangerous for us to continue. An internet search found that Done Right Repair in Grand Junction, had good reviews and we were headed that way, so I called them. Not only did they express concern that our trip would be delayed, they also told us to bring the truck right in. Driving to Done Right, I was concerned that whatever the issue with the turn signals was, it might be expensive. Not only that, but there might be a delay getting the part since the truck is twenty-six years old. Grand Junction seems like a fine place, but we hadn't planned on an extended stay there without transportation. There was no need to worry. The auto parts store close to them didn't have the needed part so they had it special delivered from a shop across town and we were on our way in an hour and a half and $125 ! We have never have had better service. I highly recommend Done Right Repair for their real concern for our issues and outstanding service.
