I had a rack and pinion done and I needed an alignment afterwards. They did the alignment. The next day I went to Utah and on I 70 I felt that the truck was pulling to the left and I noticed the steering wheel was crooked and turned to the left as well. When I got home, my tires were worn from the inside because the alignment was not done correctly. I took it back to them and told them what was going on because it was not doing that before. They told me my CV axles and struts We’re messed up so I took it to a shop that specializes in suspension and they told me that they were fine that nothing needed replaced. Also at big O they told me that my tires were already worn out from the inside when it was dropped off which was not true they just did not want to take responsibility for the damage. I had just washed the truck and I cleaned the wheels and they were not worn at all. I ended up going to 3rd Street to the other big O tires and a guy named Glenn helped me and they were great over there. They told me that the alignment was not done correct so they redid it for me. But either way, my tires are damaged and the people in North Avenue that did the alignment were horrible and rude after I told them what had happened with the alignment and my tires. Some of the guys in the front were actually pretty cool but the people I dealt with didn’t care.

Reply to the response: I didn’t have a hole in my rim before going to your shop my tire wasn’t going flat ever until the next morning after you guys messed with my rims and tire that I had you working on. If there was a hole prior and my tire was full of air like it was when I brought it in your employees didn’t bring it up then it was only after you replaced the tire on that rim filled it with air was it brought to my attention. Your excuse was non of your machine could damage the rim as if your employees are in capable of dropping anything and damaging it. This is a bad business. Multiple complaints: Filled up left driver side tire to 97 P.S.I And passenger to 72 P.S.I both way over what my actual P.S.I should be, got on the interstate started fish tailing before I had to pull over check my tire psi lower it to the proper amount of air A service I thought I had paid for but was mistaken. Giving another chance I purchased two more tire and had them mounted by the big o crew. I woke the next morning to one of my brand new tires flat. Concerning me I put air in the tire and brought it back to big o. When I got there they took the tire of and found a hole approximately the size of a pen head which they offered to get welded for me never giving and explanation just offer to get it welded for free. About five or six months later the weld fails on me while driving down the interstate causing front end to shake causing me to pull of the interstate for another time because the air was getting released on rim with a failed weld. Took it back to the shop on north to see what they can do anything about this and they said I could pay 75$ to have all metals re weld their failed weld. The lack of accountability on shop guys and sells man shocks me.

I paid $119 for the mechanics to swap springs from my old struts that I removed onto NEW struts & bolts that I supplied. Somehow they lost the NEW bolt and installed the old rusted bolt on one of my NEW struts. I noticed this when getting them home and had no choice but to install them since we needed our car. When I called to report the problem, Alex only offered to replace the bolt if I found a NEW bolt and I remove the strut AGAIN to have it done. No other offered resolution.

Got my alignment done here while it was getting other work done by another shop, wish I had seen the reviews before I gave the ok for that to be done. Had I known I would have just taken it somewhere else on my own. Less than a month after the service I could feel the steering wheel drooping, took it to a different shop for inspection and found out the alignment was off the charts bad. Called them and they told me there was no warranty and refused to do anything about it. It sucked to have to pay for two alignments in less than 30 days, but the worst part to me is how unapologetically bad they were at it. Have some pride in your work and do better.

Went in there for a quick tire rotation. Let's just say quick was an understatement. I walked in at 7:08 and they gave me my keys after they were finished at 7:30. They moved quick and efficiently and even had time to inspect my car and told me my brakes were good.
