Was told 45 minutes for an oil change. Shopped in their store for over an hr & when we returned for the vehicle discovered they had entered the wrong name, let several cars ahead of us and was told another 45 min. The employee neither apologized nor took responsibility. Never again! Worst service ever!

Went and had tires mounted on my rims and needed it done fast and close to a holiday. They were the cheapest and quickest, and only ones open... Everything was fine, until I tried to take one of the tires off. They cross-threaded a nut, and drove it all the way on, completely welding it to the stud. I ended up replacing the stud myself. They also used a MOUNTAIN of wheel weights to balance one of my rear tires. If you need that many wheel weights to balance a tire! Rotate it 90 degrees on the wheel. Cheap for a reason. I have to take my tires somewhere else now to get them properly balanced.

This is the worst auto center EVER. They told us 45 minutes to fix a flat tire. It took 2 hours. It was 102 degrees outside and we had a 5 year old and 2 year old with us. Once we got our tire and put it on our vehicle it started going flat. Called the auto center no one would answer. Talked to the store manager and every one in the auto center was gone. Had to stop at every gas station along the way to Cedaredge to keep putting air in. putting air the tire.

Service was fast. Took my car in to get new tires and now I'm left with a strange thumping noise in rear of my car. Very disappointing. Wasn't there prior to tires.

Typical dead eyed Walmart employees. They don’t care about the customers at all. Shauna the manager is super miserable to deal with. She was extremely rude and unprofessional even the they are the ones that messed up my order. It’s not worth saving money. Go somewhere that actually wants your business.

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change today. Upon arrival the young man at the desk told me that my oil change would take about an hour. I did some shopping and returned an hour later to find that my truck was finished. As a woman, I was pleasantly surprised that they did not try to sell me anything additional or tell me I needed to replace air filters etc. that I knew were fine. I cannot say this for other service shops. Thank you!

3 hour wait without an appointment? For Walmart that’s ridiculous. Second bad customer service experience I’ve had here. I know Walmart hires just about anyone but the people in the auto center seem especially inept.

We were the first one in the bay for new tires got checked in at 7 10. At 9am the guy was just starting to spin balance each tire. It took over 2 hours to get the truck done. These guys spend more time walking around then actually working.We sat and watched vehicle after vehicle go through the bay while our truck Sat in the air.

Two weekends in a row I have been to this location I have checked in between 730-740 and had to wait until 1100 to get my vehicle back. If you say you start at 7 then you should have the staff to take care of people at 7. The employees have terrible attitudes and treat you like they don't want your business and that you are just and incovience to them. Sadly the manager has the same attitude.

Went into store to either make an appointment or just get what I was needing done if they had time. The day before I called several times with no anwser. I stood at the counter waiting a good 30 minutes before someone even talked to me, than they helped 2 other people before me even though I was there first. Stood around waiting another 20-30 min before just leaving and getting absolutely no help other than a referral to "call the other walmart." Can't say they will get my business again or any recommendations.

Ok, where do I start? We took our van here for new tires and lube job. The first thing we noticed is that we stood at the service counter for 15 minutes with no help even though the garage was full of mechanics. Finally, we get help and they tell us 45 minutes until it's ready. We had shopping to do at Walmart so we decided to get it done while we waited. 2 hours went by and we were not paged yet. After finishing our shopping, we went to claim our vehicle. It was alarming to us that they could not find our vehicle. We became very upset and got a manager involved. Well after 10 minutes they located our vehicle. But it doesn't end there! We could not leave because the mechanic who did the work had left for the day to go home, in GLADE PARK! Why shocked? Because when he went home, he had our keys in his pocket! After waiting 2 1/2 more hours, our keys were returned. So total we waited for 4 1/2 hours for two tires and a lube job! We were furious! Then to patronize us, the manager offered nothing for our troubles. Oh wait! Yes he did......a $5.00 gift card to use in Walmart!

Arrived to a fully open bay area and was argued with about my oil choice, proceeded to wait over an hour and when I asked what the wait was for I was told they were working. When in fact NO one was working on it. I stated to them that it had been over an hour and it was only an oil change. At that point my vehicle was swarmed by techs. And another 15 minutes and 60 bucks later we were done. Definetly not returning for any service.

Sunday 5/11/24 came in for a "quick" carry-in carry-out single tire change. Joshua at the tire desk "30 minutes". 2½ HOURS later we're done. He lied t me about the time and the so called reduced price because we don't have tpms. He's a swindler and lier. Mike the other desk guy, on the other hand, did a great job.

This place is terrible dont take your vehicle here. I took my car in at 8:00 there was one other car in the bay. At 9:45 I noticed my car wasnt in the bay anymore. I asked if it was done, apparently it hadnt been started yet. They told me the reason is the 9 am appointments had showed up. It shouldve been done way before any 9 am appointment showed up. The inefficiency and feet dragging going on here is astounding. Manager Toni is rude as they come. Please give her some extra customer service training or get rid of her.

They were nice enough, but they didn't clear my "change oil" warning on my car, and the biggest thing is I was leaking oil after (haven't anymore since going to a diff oil place) and oddly my windshield washer fluid stopped spraying over the front (works in the rear). Can't prove that was them but REAL sus timing. All in all not worth your car here to try and save a couple bucks.

About a year ago we took our truck in for an oil change at Walmart. Imagine our surprised when we went to change the oil and found out that the skid plate was not replaced at the Walmart auto center. This is not an inexpensive item. Who would have thought that we would have to slide under the truck to make sure all the pieces were put back where they belonged. Too late to do anything about it. buyers beware!

They replaced two trailer tires for me. I called around to different shops and they were the best price. I thought they did a good job although the shop lead is kind of a jerk. Also, there’s almost never anyone at the register. That being said, I’m still planning to use them if I need work done in the future.

Not just this one, but all walmarts, you used to be able to walk in and get service, now you have to go online and book an appointment. Not very helpful when you need emergency service

Got a oil change on 5/9 while I was heading home after work was completely out of oil since it all leaked out through the day hired a tow truck the next day for when they opened and so I can go to work when they finished the auto center told me that it wasn't anything they had done claiming that it was probably the oil cooler or something else that they don't work on. But here we are 2 days after the tow truck and them working on it again, and no more oil leaks, so I call bull on it being something else that they don't work on
