Took four hours to change oil in 2 vehicles. Over tightened and destroyed threading on oil pan in one vehicle, then secretly replaced with a rubber, temporary and expansion plug and glued it with silicone. After being confronted, shop owner damaging AND denies removing the plug. So either way he's a sleezy liar. You either damaged my vehicle, or you neglected to tell me there was a glued, temporary plug in the oil pan. No oil change should take half a day. This shop is really just a place for drunks to get breathalyzers installed in their vehicle.

Have had Fox’s Garage take care of my vehicles for close to 20 years. They have done basic maintenance to replacing a transmission for me. Always great to work with, would recommend to anyone needing vehicle repair or maintenance.

The mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I had a a repair job. I am definitely going to take my vehicle to them in the morning. I feel confident that they can do the job and see that it is done correctly.

Recently just went through 2 years with them and Gaurdian interlock. Tanner was friendly and helpful through the whole thing. Anytime an issue arose he was very prompt in helping me get it solved and understanding of whatever the situation may have been. Flexible through the process for install times as well as calibrations.

Foxs inspected a vehicle we were interested in purchasing it. Went through the vehicle and told me exactly what needed to be done to it. When we decided to buy the vehicle, they completed the work for us in a timely manner. The work was great, and the staff was helpful. Thank you for helping out our family!

Make sure you know about their diagnostic fee... Called and set an appointment to have an axle seal replaced. Was quoted a price on the phone, then made an appointment to have the work done. Arrived for appointment, left the keys with the office, was not asked to sign anything, gave them my contact info. Got a call from the tech later asking what I had the truck in for. I told him and he said he would look at it and get back with me. I called them hours later and they gave me a list of 2k worth of things they wanted to do. (Over the phone I had been quoted $150). Let them know I had to think about what I wanted done since that was way more than I had planned on spending. Called them back a week later and said I wanted to bring it home to get a second opinion, he told me I would owe the $75 diagnostic fee. I had not been made aware of such fee. He said it would have been on the paperwork I signed. Informed him I was not given any paperwork to sign. He told me they’d waive the fee since they made the mistake. Received a call a couple hours later from the office manager stating I’d have to pay the $75 diagnostic fee before I could take the vehicle. Explained the situation to her, and what had happened and she refused to admit they had made the mistake and wouldn’t let me take my vehicle till the fee was paid. If I had known about the fee, I would have paid it, or would have gone to another shop from the beginning. Would not recommend this shop as they won’t admit they made a mistake.

Fox''s has always been very good to us. I've been a customer of their's for three years and just recently they had my broken vehicle and a new vehicle there. They were honest with the state of the old vehicle and quickly got me into my new vehicle. The staff are great and they are a joy to work with!

My wife was in Grand Junction to see family for a few days then head to Lake Powell. On Thursday afternoon her AC went out. We were worried no one would have time to get to it before she headed to Powell in 100+ heat for the 4 hour drive. I’ve known Chris forever so Fox’s was our first call. They got the car in first thing Friday and called to let us know what the problem was and a price before they started the work. They had replaced the condenser by 3pm. We couldn’t be happier with them making time for us to help us out on such short notice and doing a great job.

This is my go to shop. I know a few of the workers personally and have gotten to know the others since I've been taking my car there. They have always done a great job with my car, always make sure to give me updates on what is going on. They have done so many repairs for me such as my A/C, fuel pump, transmission flush and fixed my terrible oil leak. They always give follow ups and seem very caring towards their customers. They always tell me to feel free to stop back by if something that they fixed doesn't seem right again. I appreciate all of the workers and will continue to go to this shop for future repairs.

make sure your breaks are installed properly or they won't last very long. I'm grateful they caught it when they did. The bad installation wasn't done by them but a family member.

I have been using Fox’s for nearly two years now for their interlock services and they are outstanding. Caden and Chris both provide excellent customer service and have been incredibly accommodating of me. The other staff I have interacted with have all been awesome and friendly as well. I have yet to use their other services but would absolutely trust them to do other work on my vehicle. I just can’t thank them enough for their kindness and even look forward to my monthly visit to have my breathalyzer calibrated. Thank you fellas so much!

This is a shop to be avoided at all costs. Unskilled laborers in the back. My daughter took her car into this shop and got the run around from the get-go. A simple job turned into a fiasco and was not fully explained to my daughter. They broke a pinch bolt off in the lower control arm and anyone that has done any work on Subarus knows it takes finesse and care to remove it properly. On top of it all they tried to charge her for their mess up. It's one thing if the labor was told to her upfront but really crappy to screw it up and then instead of contacting her about it ,proceed to give her no other choice but to pay up. I've worked in this industry for more than 3o years and have done this job many times. I worked for a local tow company for many years and should have just towed it away. Consumers should be weary of this place.

This place is terrible! Do not go to Fox's Garage for anything. They are rude and install inferior products in your vehicle and they overcharge you. They charged me $220.00 for installation when it was supposed to be $190.00, calibrations are charged $45 by Fox when others are only charging $20, and to have an IID removed there is no charge and they were going to charge me $175.00! I went to Berkley Automotive instead. Their customer service is horrible. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Also, the BBB has given them an F rating for practicing without a license.

Went in thinking I had problems with my breaks but FOX explained that it was an issue with my alternator and the breaks were fine. I appreciate the honest business practices when he could easily have charged me for new breaks. Ended up replacing my alternator a week later, should’ve just done it at FOX
