I called this place for a chipped windshield repair and they answered all my questions and made it all a super smooth process. I was able to get a next day appointment and the man that came to do the repair was very nice and professional. He explained everything to me and did such a good job. I chose this company over safelite. That company won't answer your phone call. I will definitely use Gerber Collison in the future.

I was referred to Taber Auto by Splish and Splash Car wash. During the wash, the antenna off of my truck was broken off. The collaboration between the two businesses was great. I called Taber and they had my info already from the car wash. I worked with Tanner to get the parts ordered and set up an appointment. They were very quick to get the parts in and follow up. When I came in, they had me sign some paperwork and I was not billed for the damage. Thank you for the efficient work and customer service that you provided! I highly recommend their services. Shop was highly recommended to me by my insurance agent after being in an accident. The shop was quick to get my vehicle in for repairs, and kept me updated during the whole process. I was a bit nervous to have my vehicle repaired, as it is the only way I can get to home / school / work / groceries / etc., and they went over and beyond to get it back to me. The repair was amazing, and it feels great to have my vehicle back in it's former glory. Thank you so much to George and his team for getting me back on the road! Would recommend to anyone, 5 stars!!! Well, I had to go back to Gerber Collision again! Had a driver run into the side of my new truck. I had just purchased it, and a week later a lady drives right into me! Luckily I already knew where to go to get it fixed. Dropped it off on a Monday, and had it back earlier than expected. Ed and the lady at the front desk kept me updated on the repair the whole time. When I came to pick it up it was perfect again. They also cleaned it which was very nice. Thank you again for the help. Strongly recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed. Thank you George and the great staff you have!

Very professional and easy to work with. Mike was very understanding of my budget as I had to self-pay. I was expecting just a rough fix to keep it from rusting, it turned out way better than I was expecting. I felt the price was very fair for the great job they did. I was also surprised to see that they had washed and waxed my truck. Customer service is great I was given a ride home after dropping off my truck and also picked up when it was completed by a very nice young man. I got my truck back within two days.

I had a remarkable experience here. Truly the best service. I went to another shop in town and left feeling really defeated. I've never had to deal with a collision repair before so I felt very out of my element. Gerber employees were helpful, walked me through all the damage and repairs and even noticed some damage that was not noticed by the other shop and that damage was unsafe to drive on. I would have been driving in a DANGEROUS car for a month with the other shop. Gerber got me in within days and even worked quickly and efficiently so that I was able to take my car on a road trip for my 1 year anniversary. Accidents suck, especially when they aren't your fault. I felt so worried about the whole process and Gerber took care of those worries! They sent me daily updates and had my car done 2 days earlier than expected.

We were rear ended and the other drivers insurance covered the cost, but I will note the actual cost was less than what was quoted. They did a fantastic job repairing the bumper, my wife and I thought they had replaced it at first, but they reassured us it was simply repaired. I did not expect them to do a full detail as well, pleasant surprise! I would recommend their service. The process was very easy from start to finish.

i just picked up my van ! someone rear ended me and i picked this shop to get my repair done, it was a minor repair. they were all super nice and made the rental car process very easy and stress free. can’t comment on pricing as the other drivers insurance paid for repair. i had no idea they were going to clean my van. it looks so pretty. thank you guys, will come back in the future if needed.

Super impressed with this shop. I had a window in my truck get stuck in a half down position and the morning temp was 14 degrees. Called Gerber and the very polite woman I spoke with said to just bring it in and if nothing else they would get the window in the up position. Turned out it was a super easy fix. Went to pick it up and she gave me the keys free of charge. I would have easily paid $100 just for the check. You just don't see this kind of service very often anymore. Paid nothing today, but they have a customer (plus this review) for life. Well done.

Be prepared for all the managers to take a two-week vacation — meaning you won’t get your estimate for at least three weeks because no one else in the shop can handle your claim 🙃. Also be prepared for them not to tell you any of this until you’ve already spent a week wondering why you haven’t heard from them 💅

Bad start to a great relationship. Working with the guys on a hit and run that made my life so stressed I was ready to give the truck back to the dealership. My brother recommended Ethan and his team and although the length of time I was out of my truck was unacceptable, and the communication was rough to get in the same page at first, Ethan was an absolute savior. Understand what you are dealing with, body shops don't have full control over their time lines and they take the brunt of our frustration because they are the ones directly dealing with customers. I was ready to rate 4 stars and then my truck got scratched up again. I went to see Ethan immediately and he not only educated me on how I can fix the paint transfer problem, he gave me a referral that would be less than my deductible if this ends up as another uninsured or hit and run situation so that I am not out my entire deductible because he knew me well enough to understand how much that hurt me in the previous situation. That level of service and help only comes from people who care for their customers and their community. To avoid any level of confusion or frustration, take the time to set and understand clear expectations.

Smooth operation, easy to work with, efficient, high quality repair on my 2020 RAM 2500. The deer I hit damaged my truck so had to replace bumper, headlight assembly, Front panel, 2 doors panels and the rear panel, ensure all electrical worked. Wow they work expediently and good.
