Was on a trip from Castle Rock to Newport Beach and had to make it in one day. Got a flat on my trailer and found Heuton Tire through Google maps. When I pulled in, the shop was pretty packed and I was quoted an hour and a half wait time for a repair. I explained my situation to the service manager Shane, who then worked double time to get my tire repaired without interrupting work on his existing customers truck. He told me I was all set and said there was no charge for the work, but I insisted on paying for his time. I was back on the road within 20 minutes and the tire made it successfully back to Newport Beach that night. I'm very grateful to Shane and his team at Heuton and would definitely recommend a stop in if you're in need of tires or service.

Great prices for tires. Scratched our rims, when brought to their attention that they did it they said oh sorry about that we changed it on the carpet nothing more we could do. Maybe clean the carpet of the rocks on it if that is what you are going to us, just a thought.

I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it! I went in to get new tires and they were helpful, friendly and quick! They found the best quality tires for the best price. Also, I have gotten tires from other places before and when I drove away it felt like the tires weren't aligned properly. Driving away with my new tires from Heuton, my car drove perfectly. They know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend!

As an ASE certified mechanic... I can say BRAVO!!!! Shane and the rest of the guys there are some of the best at what they do. I had recently purchased a new car and needed to get the tires changed but didnt have the equipment to do so. I had what looked to me like a really bad cut on the side of the tire and they informed me that it was just superficial and that it would not need to be replaced. They could have upcharged me and I would have gone along with it. After they were done with my car everything felt perfect. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. CHOSE THEM!!!!

Fantastic customer service. My tire light was on and I wanted to make sure I would have no problems. Called and Mike told me to bring my car by with no appointment needed. When I arrived they immediately looked at my car, checked my tires, checked the sensors, and filled them all up at no charge. They were all polite, professional and kind. When I need to purchase tires I know where to go.

Had an encounter with the manager mike and he is the most disrespectful person I have met. Saw him have a tantrum like a little kid screaming and hollering. As the face of the company as a manager representing Heuton his behavior is unacceptable and he needs to be put into place. What an embarrassment
