My purchase experience overall was amazing and it is all thanks to sales staff member LUIS AREVALO. Although I had many questions, he patiently answered them all while remaining sincerely transparent and fully engaged with me. We corresponded via phone and text, and he provided maintenance history, car fax, real-time videos, and pictures as requested; this made me feel comfortable to purchase the vehicle remotely with confidence from out of state despite not having physically seen the vehicle nor test driving it — and now that I’m here in person, it’s everything as we’ve seen and talked about from the days prior leading up till now and I’m in love with my new ride 😍 (2016 Mercedes AMG GT S😘). Also important to note, I’d like to thank the manager (Who I haven’t met, but that’s OK) For letting the car being stored there for additional days at no cost despite having purchased the vehicle a week prior. Thank you! 🙏 The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement point for this dealership is improving the detailing standard of the vehicles. As I did an external and internal walk around with Luis, I noticed some discrepancies that I personally would have addressed if it were my dealership. To note, there was a heavy amount of brake dust on the calipers with some of it wiped off so you could see the difference between clean and dirty. Additionally, the tires were dry with no shine. There is some brownish/yellow dirt caked up between the folds of the seat on the passenger side. Seeing those things makes me wonder if they really put the ceramic coat that they upsell/charged me for 😅🥹🙏 Although there were dried water spots with dust accumulated on them, I can’t complain too much about that due to weather conditions, as the car is stored outside. However, as a service for a customer who bought this gorgeous Mercedes AMG GT S without any haggling 😜 I would have it washed and detailed before customer arrival (if it were my dealership - just saying 😆) That being said, if they ever have another exotic car and I’m in the market for one, I’m definitely checking back with Luis at Modern Classic Motors.

I was very happy with my sales person. He did a great job. I was able to get a nice vehicle at an affordable price. I was disappointed with dealership itself. They did not give me much for my trade. I only got 2k and my car was later listed for almost 7k they could have at least given me another 1K which would have paid off my loan. The new car I purchased was not cleaned very well. The last person who owned the car must have smoked like a train. The car reeked of cigarette smoke. It could have used some extra work.

It has been a long journey from start to finish before I was able to purchase a car. I am not too sure what the actual time frame has been since I first had the pleasure of meeting Bryan Ingram at Modern Classic Motors, to test drive several cars, but several months. At the time in life, I was both simultaneously at rock bottom and beginning the wildest journey from scratch thus far in life. Bryan read me well and was sure to not only hear me, but listen and check in, wishing me the happiest of holidays from November thru New Years, and while he was consistent to keep me informed, he was never pushy, was sure to cheerlead me on, as it was the biggest purchase and decision currently in life to get me back on my feet. It was remarkable of him to believe in me and give me every avenue of options, to make sure I knew I was capable of starting again and the car purchase was the beginning of many great new chapters. He was good to allow me time to process and absorb information and clarify. Bryan is a real human and had his own life shifting and unfolding while still keeping in contact with me as well as others because he cares. One last bit to add, Modern Classic Motors has an excellent crew across multiple departments, as I had the pleasure of meeting several, like a family. We worked with Gabby and WOW! We are very impressed with the ease of the transaction, transparency and the dealership overall. We had our toddler with us and she never whined a single time. Mikey was amazing! He listened to what we wanted and needed in a car. He let us test drive 4 different vehicles and was very personable, professional and easy to work with! He’s extraordinarily tall! Definitely listened to my needs and respected them, when I say needs I mean time and availability to make this purchase. I am very happy with the truck they provided once things settled down I will give them opportunity to provide my next vehicle. Mentionable names , salesman: Jeff H. And I believe sales manager Zane, both of these gentlemen have done a fine job and I would recommend asking for Jeff if shopping and Zane if the need arises, you will know Zane if you need him, he has a way of popping up. Found a few issues to address on the new truck . I did wisely purchase a warranty and my concerns were addressed so far in a satisfactory manner. We are working on approvals and parts kind of thing. Only part I did not care for was they had to schedule in for inspection and resolutions and the appointment was out a week. I do understand that this separate department of the store is busy and I was put in touch with Eric the service manager and he kindly scheduled me and provided excellent communication on progress. Once looked at they had multiple issues resolved and made plans on the other items having to use a process with warranty company. I believe David is my technician and although he tried to call me directly " I wasn't available" he made sure I was contacted. I so far feel David's knowledge has identified and addressed my concerns well and I look forward to continued work with this professional, MCM should be proud to employ the names I've mentioned. Quick note, I noticed and appreciated that my truck was clean and ready for me when I picked up after hours of operation.
