These guys were great! Had a bit of a situation with a after market Toyota exhaust that cost over $700 and didn't quite fit. Called and scheduled for my next available day off(I'm in Moab) and showed up before 8am when they opened. Even though I was early they opened the doors and I explained what was going on with my truck. 30 minutes later after walking to main street for breakfast they called with a solution and I said go for it. Hour and a half almost to the dot like I was told by Scotty's and I got another call saying they were done! It was awesome! Nice guys every single one I spoke to. These guys know what they're doing. Price was what I expected. Labor and parts costs are the standard rate at Scotty's, so reviews complaining of price for their work isn't really accurate. (Welding, cutting, bending, material, labor) You pay for what you get and I'll definitely go back. Thanks again guys

I took my 2010 Silverado into Scotty's with a loud clanking noise underneath the truck. The problem was diagnosed and repaired at a reasonable cost and available within 24 hours. 17 years of using Scotties when they used to be just a muffler shop but I will no longer be giving them my business for my personal vehicles and our company is sending our fleet to another company in town. This is due to having our vehicles returned to us without the proper repair being completed or in the matter of my personal vehicles they refused to give me a quote on the repair I requested, diagnosed the vehicle twice as "there's nothing wrong" to a $2500 estimate to fix what they damaged just for me to pay half that cost for the repair on the damage they caused. Luckily the repair to the blower motor that I originally requested was only $300. Im heavily dissapointed that this company has fallen so far from what it once was. I hope you are able to find a way to improve your service and technical ability.

Scotty's originally worked on my brakes 2 weeks ago, which resulted in them making significantly more noise than they ever did originally. At the time of writing this, I've left my car with them 5 times in 14 days because the work they do only holds up for a matter of hours each time. I've been as patient and understanding as possible throughout the entire ordeal; I understand that "stuff" happens, and that it's been a frustrating experience for them as well. That said, I've come to understand why other customers have warned, "bring it to Scotty's if you want to pay someone else to fix it after." They've done quality work in the past, but this experience has been a nightmare, and I have absolutely no inclination to ever return or recommend them in the future.

Very friendly staff. It's been years since I had service done here. They were prompt and I appreciate how efficient they were on the checkpoints. They were kind when they explained how it works( just pull up, no appointment necessary). Impressive customer service, I'm so thrilled that someone reminded me of this place. Paco is amazing!! I wanted to get my friends truck detailed while he was out of town for his birthday. Paco got me in and even though he was short handed, he got it done, no breaks, and it turned out beautiful! I had to wait for it and he kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and to keep me up to date as where he was in the process!!! Scotty’s Complete Auto Care Center did an excellent job with replacing my rear brakes and pads, rotating & aligning my tires, providing a full service oil change and performing a computer diagnostic test on my steering/lane assist on my Lexus. They were welcoming, professional and knowledgeable and very easy to work with! Scotty”s Auto Care Center makes safety a priority and the timely (SAME DAY) service was a huge help in getting me back on the road ASAP! I had some problems with my GMC Duramax. I am very impressed with Scotty’s. From the time I had my truck towed in, Scotty’s diagnosed 3 problems which was electrical, glow plugs and radiator.
